Sonic and Shadow have known each other for five years. They were rivals at first, but eventually became acquaintances, but not exactly friends.

And then one day, Shadow was in a clearing, relaxing in silence under a tree. Sonic was somewhere else with Rouge and Amy. Tails was probably in his workshop. And Knuckles was on Angel Island.

And at that moment, a small figure appeared from behind a tree in the clearing where Sonic was with Rouge and Amy.

The figure had blue fur, green eyes that shone slightly like emerald. She was dressed in a white T-shirt, black shorts, and white sneakers.

"Wow? Is that... Mom? But young? How cool! Okay, I need to keep it under wraps! I'll say I just got lost, and then when I say I'm going home, away from everyone, I'll return to my own time! How wonderful that will be!" these thoughts flashed through the girl's mind.

(For those who don't understand: the girl is Sonic and Shadow's daughter, and in her mind she calls Sonic "mom." If she talks about her parents, she'll say: her dad is strict at first glance, but is actually kind and loves her mom very much, and if they fight, which happens VERY rarely, her dad is always the first to apologize, because he doesn't like it when Mom gets upset with him, and she's never seen her apologize first in such cases. Her name is Celestine, she's 9 years old. According to her, her mom is 29 and her dad is 31, meaning she's gone back 10 years.)
