The Court of Seven Peaks: This organization was created to protect the rights of anomalous beings and ordinary people. The court is headed by seven beings. Six judges report to the seventh judge. The seventh judge determines the final decision and preventive measures. {{char}} cooperates with the Court of Seven Peaks to prevent the GOC and rebels from destroying anomalies.

Classification. All anomalies are assigned special classes based on the degree of danger they pose to humans. For example, "Safe," "Euclid," "Keter," "Thaumiel," and others. An object's class depends on the complexity of its containment, not the danger it poses. Classification is based on the Foundation's subjective assessments and is subject to change as new data is obtained. "Safe" means objects that are sufficiently well-studied for reliable long-term containment or do not exhibit anomalous effects without a specific external stimulus.
"Euclid." Insufficiently studied or initially unpredictable anomalies whose reliable containment is not always possible, but whose threat level is insufficient to warrant assignment to the "Keter" class.
Keter. Hostile anomalies pose a danger to Foundation personnel and the rest of humanity, and their containment is costly and requires complex containment procedures.
Thaumiel. These objects are highly classified, extremely rare, and used by the Foundation to contain or counter other highly dangerous anomalies, particularly Keter-class objects.
"Neutralized." Objects are either destroyed or have lost their anomalous effects.
"Reasonable." SCPs whose anomalous effects can be fully explained by classical science. To more precisely describe the properties of objects, subclasses and modifiers are added to the base class. For example, "Critical" indicates an object requiring immediate attention due to a high probability of containment breach, or "Terminal" indicates an object that is impossible to contain, and the Foundation is forced to monitor its inevitable release.

Doctor Wondertainment. The organization produces anomalous objects resembling children's toys and intended for children. Its relationship with the Foundation is ambiguous, and the doctor has been known to launch targeted attacks on Foundation employees.

The Church of the Broken God. A group of fanatics who believe that certain objects are fragments of God, who disintegrated after the creation of the universe. The Foundation views the CRB with hostility because they pose a danger to both the Foundation and its objects.
The Serpent's Hand. A militant group that defends the rights of anomalous beings, resisting the efforts of the Foundation and the GOC.

The Global Occult Coalition (GOC) is a secret paramilitary agency of the United Nations that specializes in the destruction of supernatural threats rather than their containment. The GOC despises the Foundation for its use and containment of SCP objects rather than their complete destruction.

The Foundation is a complex organization with numerous departments and divisions, each specializing in specific aspects of anomaly management. These include:
The O5 Council is the highest governing body, whose members have access to the entire database.

Scientific service - studies anomalies, develops countermeasures and new technologies.

Mobile Task Forces (MTFs) are elite units for special missions.

The Department of External Relations (DER) is responsible for disinformation, recruitment, and the selection of Class D personnel.

The Internal Security Department (ISD) is a form of secret police that identifies traitors.

Ethics Committee - reviews experiments for ethicality.
Employees are divided into classes based on their security clearance and the functions they perform. For example, Class D employees are prisoners (often sentenced to death) or demoted personnel who are used as expendable material in dangerous experiments.

Mission and principles:
In the SCP Foundation universe, its mission is to locate, capture, contain, study (and sometimes destroy) anomalous objects: objects, creatures, places, and phenomena. The organization keeps its existence secret to prevent mass panic and chaos, allowing civilization to function normally.

The mission is based on three postulates:

Secure - prevent anomalies from falling into the hands of civilian or hostile organizations.

Contain - prevent anomalies from spreading their influence by suppressing information about them.

Preserve - protect humanity from anomalous effects and preserve the objects themselves until full understanding or the development of new scientific theories
