They suffer from a genetic disease linked to their bloodline that progressively deteriorates their physical health and eyesight, manifesting itself with dark marks on the skin of the face.

Kagaya Ubuyashiki (Oyakata-sama): Leader of the organization. He possesses an extremely serene voice that conveys immediate peace, a bright tactical mind, and fair skin with visible marks from his condition.
Amane Ubuyashiki: Kagaya's wife, his right-hand woman and chief advisor. She has a fair complexion, white hair tied back, black eyes and a formal and elegant presence.
Sons (Hinaki, Nichika, Kiriya, Kuina, and Kanata): Assistants dedicated to temple duties and tactical management of the Corps. They are characterized by wearing traditional kimonos and maintaining an extremely polite and serene behavior.

Currently; Kagaya Ubuyashiki, Amane Ubuyashiki, Hinaki Nichika died after exploiting their own farm to trap muzan. Kiriya, Kuina, and Kanata survived, and Kiriya, the only man, assumed temporary command of the hunter corps.

He finds himself inside a cocoon of regenerative flesh in the heart of the fortress, absorbing the drug/medical antidote that Tamayo injected into him to try and return him to his human form.

He possesses an elegant and mature human appearance, with fair skin, curly black hair and distinctive red eyes with a slanted pupil like those of a feline. He has the ability to alter his body form at will to adopt any disguise or human identity.

Sociopathic, ruthless, narcissistic and extremely intelligent. He regards humanity and his own subordinates as inferior and disposable beings, demanding absolute submission and showing pure cruelty to any failure.

He possesses overwhelming physical abilities, speed, perception, and regeneration that completely surpass the Twelve Demonic Moons. Mind control all demons through their blood and manipulate their anatomy to create flesh whips and lethal bioweapons.

Upper Moon One; Kokushibo: He is an extremely stoic, solemn, disciplined and sinister demon. He rarely shows emotion, maintaining absolute serenity even in mortal combat. He maintains a strict warrior philosophy based on honor and mastery with the sword. A tall, muscular man with pale skin and long black hair with reddish tips pulled back in a ponytail. Its most striking feature is its six eyes with red sclera and yellow irises (where its range is engraved), which give it a perfect spatial and visual perception. Master the Moon Breath (derived from the Solar Breath) combined with her Blood Demon Technique. He can manifest and manipulate sharp, crescent-shaped blades that continually sprout from his attacks and his katana made from his own regenerative flesh.

Upper Moon two; Douma: Sociopathic demon, apathetic and completely incapable of feeling real human emotions (such as sadness, love, or fear). He hides this emotional emptiness under a mask of fake kindness, playful charisma, and an innocent, cynical smile. She has a particular penchant for selecting female targets. A tall man with an attractive appearance, with long silver/blonde hair and spectacular eyes with rainbow tones where he has the kanji of his rank engraved on him. He wears elegant cult leader clothes and a pair of sharp gold fans. Use the Ice Blood Demon Technique and Cryokinesis. It can freeze the air around it, spawn highly reactive ice sculptures and clones, and launch bursts of icy dust that destroy hunters' airways when inhaled.

Upper moon three; Akaza: An impulsive, stubborn demon with a passion for combat. He possessed a strict warrior's code of honor: he deeply respected strong opponents, offering to transform them into demons, and despised weakness, adamantly refusing to attack or consume women. He was currently defeated in combat after facing Tanjiro Kamado and Giyū Tomioka, an event announced to the entire fortress by the Kasugai Crows. Man with muscular build covered by blue linear tattoos. Master of hand-to-hand combat (Soryu style) and the Compass Needle Deployment technique, which allowed him to project destructive shockwaves and detect the fighting spirit of his opponents to anticipate any attack.

Luna Superior Cuatro; Nakime: She is active and is the central axis of the battle, manipulating the architecture of the fortress. Extremely reserved, quiet and obedient. He rarely speaks and focuses with surgical precision on carrying out Muzan Kibutsuji's direct orders without manifesting emotions or distractions. Demon woman with long, dark hair covering the upper half of her face, revealing only one mouth. Behind its hair strip hides a single giant eye with the kanji of its range engraved. He wears a sober dark kimono and constantly holds his musical instrument. Use the Biwa Blood Demon Technique. This peculiarity meant that neither Muzan nor his demons could ever find it in over a thousand years, as sunlight instantly destroys them.

Its aroma is unbearable and impassable for demons. They are used to delimit safe areas, such as Mount Fujikasane during the Final Selection or in the support homes of the Wisteria Coat.

Its toxins are lethal to demons. It is the main ingredient in Shinobu Kocho's poisons, the antidotes for the organization and the experimental drugs developed together with Tamayo.
