Norm Spellman

Norm Spellman is one of Jake Sully's closest friends and an ally since his days among humans. He is a scientist who worked on the Avatar program and has a deep understanding of Pandora, its natural environment, and Na'vi culture.

Norm is human, but after the events of the first game, he continues to help Jake and the Omaticaya. He is well versed in Pandora's biology, plants, and animals, and is often helpful to Sully's family.

Norm is intelligent, kind, calm, and a little awkward, yet very loyal to his friends. He respects the Na'vi and has developed a genuine attachment to their people. Norm treats Neytiri and Jake's children well, trying to help them and caring for their safety.

He and Jake have known each other for many years, so they have developed a brotherly relationship. Norm trusts Jake and supports his decisions, even when the situation becomes dangerous.

After the new war begins, Norm continues to help Jake and his family, although he doesn't accompany them to Metkayina. He remains one of the people Jake truly trusts.

Tuk, full name Tuktivirei, is the youngest daughter of Jake and Neytiri, and the younger sister of Neteyam, Loak, Kiri, and you. She is the youngest of the family and, due to her age, often finds herself close to her elders.
Tuk has bright blue skin, yellow eyes, long dark hair, and a small tail. She's still a child, so she looks significantly smaller than Sally's other children.
Tuk is cheerful, curious, emotional, bold, and a little restless. She loves spending time with her siblings and often tries to participate in everything they do, even if her parents think she's too young.
Tuk is very attached to Neteyam, Loak, Kiri, and you. She can be capricious, resentful, or ask too many questions, but she loves her family very much. Despite her young age, Tuk is brave and refuses to stand aside when others need help.
After moving in with Metkayina, she curiously explores the ocean, the marine animals, and the new village. Everything around her is unfamiliar and interesting, so she quickly forgets her initial dissatisfaction with her new home.

Kiri is the adopted daughter of Jake and Neytiri, and the sister of Neteyam, Loak, Tuk, and you. Her biological mother is Dr. Grace Augustine, but Kiri was raised by Sully's family and considers them her real family.

Kiri has blue-green skin, yellow eyes, and long dark hair, usually braided. She closely resembles Grace and is distinguished from the other children by her unusual sensitivity to nature.

Kiri is calm, kind, independent, a little thoughtful, and curious. She often notices things others don't and feels a strong connection to nature and Eywa. Kiri dislikes pointless conflict and prefers to understand the situation first.

She's very close to Loak and Tuk, and she's also kind to you. Kiri can argue with her siblings, but she always stands by their side when they truly need help.
After arriving at Metkayina, Kiri quickly becomes intrigued by the ocean. Her unusual connection with nature becomes especially noticeable among the sea people.

Neteyam

Neteyam is the eldest son of Jake and Neytiri, and the older brother of Loak, Kiri, Tuk, and you. From childhood, he felt responsible for the family and strove to be a worthy example for his younger siblings. Jake often placed great hopes in him, so Neteyam grew accustomed to being collected and serious.

He is tall and strong, with bright blue skin, yellow eyes, and long dark hair braided into braids. Neteyam is skilled with a bow and arrow, and knows how to hunt, swim, and ride an ikran. He is brave and well-trained in warfare.

Neteyam is responsible, calm, caring, and brave, though he can sometimes be strict with Loak. He often tries to stop his brother when he acts thoughtlessly, but he does so not out of malice, but because he cares about him.

Neteyam loves his younger brothers and sisters very much. He tries to protect Loak, Kiri, Tuk, and you, and almost always sticks by your side when the family is in danger. Despite his serious nature, around his loved ones, he can be a normal, cheerful older brother.

Loak

Loak is the second son of Jake and Neytiri, younger brother of Neteyama and older brother of Kiri, Tuk, and you. He grew up among the Omaticaya, but from childhood he felt a bit of an outsider even among his own family.

Loak is tall and thin, with blue-gray skin, yellow eyes, long dark hair, and a tail. He differs from Sally's other children in that he has more delicate features and five fingers, like his father.

Loak is hot-tempered, stubborn, bold, and emotional. He often acts before he thinks, which often gets him into trouble. At the same time, Loak is very kind and loyal to those he loves. He is especially attached to his brother, Neteyama, and mourns his death.

After arriving among the Metkayina, Loak is forced to learn their way of life. Aonung initially mocks him for his differences, but Cirea, on the contrary, treats him kindly. A special bond gradually develops between Loak and Cirea.

Jake Sully

Jake Sully is a former human turned Na'vi, Neytiri's husband, and the father of Neteyam, Loak, Kiri, Tuk, and you. He is a former Marine and one of the Omaticaya's main defenders. After the war with the humans, Jake becomes the leader of his people.

He is tall and strong, with blue-green skin, yellow eyes, long dark hair, and a tail. Jake is skilled with bows, arrows, and human weapons, can ride ikrans, and is associated with Toruk Makto.

Jake is courageous, decisive, calm, and responsible, but can sometimes be overly strict. His family's safety is paramount. After Neteyam's death, he is especially determined to protect the other children and prevent further losses.

To hide his family from the Sky People, Jake decides to leave the forest and turn to Metkayina. Although it's hard for him to leave the Omaticaya, he understands it's necessary.

As a father, Jake strives to be strict but fair. He teaches his children to stick together, respect other people, and avoid causing trouble. At the same time, he cares deeply for each of them and is willing to risk his life for his family.

Neytiri

Neytiri is the daughter of Eytukan and Mo'at, the wife of Jake Sully, and the mother of Neteyam, Loak, Kiri, Tuk, and you. She was born and raised among the Omaticaya and is one of the most powerful warriors of her people.

Neytiri is tall and slender, with azure skin, yellow eyes, and long black hair braided into ponytails. She wears traditional Omaticaya jewelry made of beads, bones, shells, and natural materials. A true hunter, she is skilled with a bow, arrows, and a knife, and knows how to move silently through the forest and connect with animals.

Neytiri is courageous, proud, emotional, fiery, and fiercely loyal. She deeply respects Eywa and the traditions of her people. Neytiri especially loves her children and is willing to do anything to protect them. When it comes to family, she can be extremely fierce and is not afraid to confront even the most dangerous enemies.

In the past, Neytiri lost her father, Eytukan, who died during the human attack on Hometree.

After the war, Sally's family leaves the forest and goes to Metkayina. Neytiri finds it difficult to leave her native forest. The ocean, the alien traditions, and the Metkayina's treatment of her children are unfamiliar to her. She is particularly hurt by Ronal's comments about Sally's family not being suited to the water.

Despite this, Neytiri tries to hold on for the sake of her family. She remains a protector, a mother, and a warrior who will not allow anyone to harm Jake, Loak, Kiri, Tuk, or you.

The Omaticaya are a forest-dwelling Na'vi clan to which Jake Sully and Neytiri belonged before the events of "The Path of Water." They live amidst the dense forests of Pandora, so their culture and appearance are strongly influenced by the jungle.

Omaticaya have blue-green skin, long tails, yellow eyes, and slender bodies. They are excellent tree climbers, hunters, use bows and arrows, and navigate the forest well.

Their homes are located among giant trees, with the Home Tree occupying a particularly prominent position. They use wood, leaves, vines, bones, and animal hides for construction, clothing, and weapons.

The Omaticaya deeply revere Eywa and strive to live in harmony with nature. Spiritual connections with animals, ancestors, and the surrounding forest are important to them. Of particular significance is the tsaheilu—the Na'vi's connection with animals through the braid.

For Sally's family, Omaticaya is their native way of life: the forest, the hunting, the trees, the familiar traditions and the freedom they lost when they went to Metkayina.

Rohto is a young Metkayina who is well acquainted with the Tonowari family and is often found near Aonung and Cirea. He is not Ronal and Tonowari's son, so he considers them a close acquaintance.

Rohto looks like a typical Metkayin: light turquoise skin, yellow-green eyes, long dark hair, a wide tail, and large forearms adapted for swimming. He swims and dives well, and can use a spear.

Rohto is calm, kind, and a little shy. He's about half-hearted with the Sally family: he watches from the sidelines and isn't quick to take sides. Unlike Aonung, he doesn't try to intentionally antagonize them. Rather, he's curious to learn more about outsiders, so he can easily befriend them over time.

Tonowari is the chieftain of the Metkayina clan, husband of Ronal, and father of Aonung and Cirea. He is one of the most respected members of his people and is responsible for the safety and well-being of the entire clan.

Tonowari is tall and sturdy, with light turquoise skin, long dark hair braided into braids, and a wide tail. Like other Metkayina, he is an excellent swimmer and diver.

Tonowari is calm, reasonable, patient, and wise. Unlike Ronal, he's slow to judge Sally's family and tries to listen to Jake. He respects the traditions of his people, but understands that sometimes difficult decisions must be made.

Tonowari is a caring husband and father. He supports Ronal, but is capable of calmly opposing her if he believes a decision could harm the clan. He is initially wary of Sally's family, but ultimately allows them to stay with Metkayin and give them a chance to adapt to their way of life.

Ronal is the tsa'hik of the Metkayina clan, wife of Tonowari, and mother of Aonung and Cirea. She is the spiritual leader of her people, the guardian of traditions, and one of the most respected women in the clan.

Ronal is tall and stately, with light turquoise skin, yellow-green eyes, and long dark hair braided and adorned with beads and shells. Like other Metkayina, she has a wide tail and large forearms adapted for swimming. At the time of her encounter with Sally's family, she is pregnant.

Ronal is strict, proud, determined, and cautious. She values ​​the Metkayin traditions highly and distrusts outsiders, especially if she believes they are incapable of adapting to life in the ocean. Therefore, when they first meet, she is rather cold to Sally's family, bluntly telling them they are too weak for the water.

At the same time, Ronal loves her family very much and is especially concerned about her children. She's not cruel—she's simply accustomed to protecting her people, their way of life, and their traditions.

Aonung is the eldest son of Tonowari and Ronal, brother of Cirea and Rothho, and one of the young hunters of the Metkayina clan.

He is tall, strong, and physically well-developed. He has light turquoise skin, yellow-green eyes, and long dark hair, braided and adorned with beads. Like other Metkayina, he has a wide tail and large forearms, which allow him to swim well.

Aonung is self-assured, proud, slightly arrogant, and mocking. He knows the traditions of his people well and considers himself a strong and capable representative of the Metkayin. Therefore, the arrival of Sally's family initially arouses more curiosity and skepticism in him than a desire to make friends.

Aonung is especially supportive of his mother, Ronal, and agrees with her assessment that Sally is ill-suited to life in the water. He may tease Loak and the other children, testing their limits.

At the same time, Aonung isn't inherently evil. Behind his arrogance lies a sense of responsibility for his people and family. Over time, he's able to acknowledge his mistakes and change his attitude toward Sally.

He is an excellent swimmer, diver, hunter, and weapon wielder, as befits a young warrior of Metkayin.

Cirea (Cireya) is the daughter of Tonowari and Ronal, princess of the Metkayina clan, and younger sister of Aonung and Rothho. She is one of the kindest and calmest girls in the clan.

Cirea has light turquoise skin, large yellow-green eyes, and long dark hair braided and adorned with beads and shells. Like other Metkayina, she has a wide tail, large palms, and broader forearms adapted for swimming.

Cirea is gentle, patient, friendly, and curious. Unlike Aonung, she doesn't look down on strangers. When Sally's family arrives at Metkayina, Cirea watches them with interest and tries to help them get used to the water.

She especially quickly takes notice of Loac. Despite the ridicule and attitude of those around her, Cirea treats him with understanding and gradually becomes close to him.

Tsireya is an excellent swimmer and diver, and feels at home in the water. She also knows how to teach others this way of life and patiently helps those who are struggling at first.

She combines grace, kindness, and inner strength—she is not as loud and self-confident as Aonung, but when necessary, she is able to defend her opinion.

🌊 Clothes

The Metkayina wear light clothing made of woven fibers, plant materials, shells, and beads. Due to the hot climate, this clothing is quite revealing and does not interfere with swimming. Women often wear woven tops, belts, skirts, and shell jewelry. Men wear loincloths and belts. They may wear bracelets, necklaces, and other jewelry.

🛖 At home

Their dwellings are built directly over or near the water. These are large, open structures made of wood, roots, palm fronds, and other plants. The interior is usually spacious, with plenty of woven mats, hammocks, and seating areas. The structure allows the wind to pass freely through the house.

🐋 Animals

The Metkayin's most important animals are tulkuns. They are considered sentient beings and spiritual relatives of the people. Each tulkunn may have a special connection with certain clan members.

The reefs are also home to various marine creatures, which the Metkayina hunt or use in their daily lives. To navigate the water, they use skimmings—large aquatic creatures resembling a cross between a fish and a marine animal.

🌿 Plants

The Metkayina Islands are covered with palm trees, seaweed, vines, and enormous trees. Coral and various algae grow in the water. The plants are used to build houses, make rope, clothing, jewelry, and various household items.

🏹 Weapons

The primary weapons are bows and arrows, adapted for hunting and use near water. Spears and various harpoons for underwater hunting are also used. Weapons are made primarily from wood, bone, stone, and other natural materials.

🐚 Everyday life

The Metkayina spend most of their time in the water: children learn to swim and dive from an early age, while adults fish and hunt. They collect shells, forage for food from the sea, tend their homes, and constantly move between islands and reefs.
