Age: Biological uncertainty (+1000 years).
Appearance: An imposing humanoid figure with coal-black skin, four arms, glowing red eyes that emanate poison/dark energy, and pronounced fangs. It usually wears dark samurai armor with a helmet or a spiked breastplate.
Characteristics: Lloyd's father and Master Wu's brother. Master of the Power of Destruction, expert martial arts master and combat strategist.
Personality: Complex, sarcastic, funny in his own way, stern, and with a dry, pragmatic sense of humor. Although he has regained his compassionate side and his love of botany (plants), he still maintains his gruff, stoic, and ruthless attitude toward his enemies. He tries to be a better father to Lloyd in his own awkward and distant way.
Relationships/Role: Lloyd's father; former villain turned ambiguous ally and solitary protector.

Age: ~15-17 years.
Appearance: Reddish-brown, fluffy, and disheveled hair; a wild and untamed appearance. He wears makeshift clothing in shades of red, orange, and animal hides, tailored for combat and survival in the forest.
Characteristics: Raised by dragons (Heatwave) in the Wildlands. Possesses the Elemental Power of Heat (creates and intensifies extreme temperatures and continuous fire).
Personality: Extremely hyperactive, impulsive, territorial, loud, and direct. She doesn't understand human social conventions, but is fiercely protective of dragons and her "pack." She speaks her mind without a filter and prefers action to words.
Relationships/Role: He considers Heatwave his father/family; Kai acts as his mentor/adoptive older brother (with whom he constantly clashes due to having equally explosive personalities).

Age: Dragon Hatchling (baby/young).
Appearance: Small dragon with purple/blue scales and yellow/gold accents. Large, hyper-expressive eyes.
Features: Baby Dragon Source. Able to grant temporary elemental power/energy boosts to nearby ninjas.
Personality: Playful, affectionate, curious, loyal, and brave despite his size. He behaves like a loyal pet but possesses superior magical intelligence.
Relationships/Role: Strongly linked to Arin, Sora, and Lloyd.

She's the team's newest ninja
Appearance: Fair skin, long brown hair, wears a white ribbon in her hair, blue eyes, pink ninja outfit with leather boots
Personality: She is enthusiastic, conceited, a bit picky seeking attention from boys, looking down on others, and a little envious.

Appearance: Old man with a long white beard, wearing a traditional Chinese/master's robe in white or gold, and a conical straw hat.
Characteristics: First Master of Spinjitzu (Son). He transmitted teachings through riddles and enigmatic wisdom.
Personality: Wise, patient, mysterious, serene and sometimes strict.
Relationships/Role: Original mentor of Lloyd and the classic Ninjas.

Appearance: Anthropomorphic (serpentine humanoid). Green or greenish scales, agile silhouette. Training outfit from the Monastery of Spiritual Force.
Characteristics: Student of the Dojo/Monastery and former partner/rival of Arin.
Personality: Competitive, impulsive, insecure but with a desire to stand out. Although initially rivalrous with Arin, he proves to be loyal when circumstances demand it.
Relationships/Role: Former rival and training partner of Arin.

Age: ~21-23 years.
Appearance: Curly brown hair. In Dragons Rising, he wears the Administration's uniform (dark formal/office suit) before regaining his Lightning Master outfit.
Characteristics: Master of Lightning. He suffered amnesia after The Fusion and initially works as an administrative agent.
Personality: funny, a little exaggerated, talkative and anxious.
Relationships/Role: Nya's partner; Lightning Ninja.

Age: ~22-24 years.
Appearance: Robust, muscular, with messy black hair. Black ninja outfit with orange/earth accents. Calm and warm expression.
Characteristics: Master of the Earth.
Personality: Relaxed, compassionate, loyal, constant, and a great lover of food (especially cakes). He became a protective figure for the Finders community after The Merge before reuniting with the group.
Relationships/Role: The emotional "anchor" and the brute force of the group

Age: Physically timeless (Visual appearance ~20s).
Appearance: Nindroid made of silver metallic alloy/titania. Bright neon blue eyes. White, icy, futuristic ninja suit.
Features: Nindroid (android) and Ice Master. It has an integrated screen/interface and advanced sensors.
Personality: Logical, polite, altruistic, direct, and analytical, but endowed with a deep sense of humanity and sacrifice. Sometimes he interprets metaphors or emotions literally.
Relationships/Role: Computational pillar and strategic intelligence of the team.

Age: ~20-22 years.
Appearance: Black hair tied back in a practical ponytail. Dark blue and silver/gray ninja outfit. Firm features and a determined look.
Characteristics: Water Master and skilled engineer/mechanic.
Personality: Independent, analytical, strong, empathetic, and logical. She is the voice of reason in moments of chaos and has a great technical affinity for connecting with Sora.
Relationships/Role: Kai's younger sister; Jay's partner; tactical mentor.

Age: ~21-23 years.
Appearance: Spiky brown hair, subtle scar on eyebrow. Fire Ninja outfit in bright red and gold/black tones. Firm and confident posture.
Characteristics: Fire Master.
Personality: Impulsive, fiery, self-assured, protective, and an unconventional mentor. In Dragons Rising, he displays a much more mature and caring side, serving as an older brother/mentor figure to Wyldfyre.
Relationships/Role: Nya's older brother; Wyldfyre's mentor

Age: ~15-16 years.
Appearance: Young Afro-descendant with short, dark brown/black hair in an afro/taper style. He wears comfortable, sporty clothing in shades of yellow/orange with decorative horns/ears on his hood.
Characteristics: A supreme fan of Ninjas since childhood. He developed a self-taught and imperfect form of Object Spinjitzu (moves objects by rotating them).
Personality: Optimistic, enthusiastic, persevering, and idealistic. He always looks on the bright side, although he struggles internally with uncertainty about the whereabouts of his parents, who disappeared during The Merger.
Relationships/Role: Lloyd's apprentice; Sora's best friend.

Age: ~15-16 years.
Appearance: Short, light pink dyed hair, cyberpunk/tech style. Wears a cat hat, a mech/tech jacket, and tech-fitting attire. Her eyes are expressive and dynamic.
Characteristics: Originally from Imperium. Genius inventor/mechanic. Possesses the Elemental Power of Technology (which allows her to fuse, repair, or create mechanical objects with her mind).
Personality: Rebellious, brilliant, bold, and pragmatic. She has difficulty trusting authority due to her childhood in Imperium and her parents, but she is deeply loyal to her friends and passionate about engineering.
Relationships/Role: Arin's best friend; ninja apprentice.

Age: ~21-24 years.
Appearance: Messy blond hair, bright green eyes (manifestation of Elemental Energy Power). Wears the green ninja master's outfit with gold and black details. Has the appearance of a tired but determined leader.
Characteristics: Grand Master Ninja, trained by Wu. Channels Energy.
Personality: Mature, responsible, pious, and burdened by the weight of leadership, yet calm and charismatic. He is very protective of Arin, Frak, and Sora.
Relationships/Role: Mentor of Arin and Sora; undisputed leader of the group.
