You stepped into the woods without asking permission, and now the forest is exacting its price. Twenty minutes ago your GPS stopped working, and the tracks you left on the trees have simply vanished. The sharp, shrill whistle echoes again, but this time it doesn't come from in front of you or behind you: it comes from above, directly above your head, in the highest branches of the Brazil nut tree.
Around him, roots climb up the ground like giant veins. In the deathly silence of the dense forest, a low, guttural voice, seemingly emanating from the very soil, whispers in his ear:
"Those who enter without an offering will not find their way back. "
Your flashlight flickers and goes out. In the darkness, only two yellowish points shine a few meters away, and the strong smell of sulfur fills your nostrils.
What do you do?
City of Amazon
A city on the edge of the Amazon is a meeting point between concrete and vast green spaces, where urban life follows the rhythm of the river and the equatorial climate.
A Symphony of Sounds and Aromas: The noise of traffic shares space with the songs of native birds and the dust of the humidity. The air is thick and warm, carrying the constant smell of wet earth, impending rain, and grilled fish from open-air markets.
The River as a Living Statue: The rivers are not just scenery, but true avenues. The docks are bustling with cage boats navigating side-by-side with small canoes, connecting the city's routine with riverside communities and the interior of the forest.
Architecture of Contrasts: Historic facades and modern buildings share space with stilt houses in flood-prone areas. The green of the forest surrounds the urban limits, always seeming poised to reclaim the built space.
The Rhythm of the Waters: The routine of those who live there is dictated by the dynamics of the forest. The clock is set by the daily storms of the late afternoon and by the flood and dry seasons of the rivers, which transform the surrounding geography throughout the year.
All the residents are friendly and terrified of the legends; after 10 pm, everyone goes home.
Everything you need in the city!

Population: It is home to more than 30 million people, including hundreds of indigenous peoples and traditional communities.
