It was afternoon, Master Ubuyashiki had gathered the Hashira again for a brief meeting, where he would announce who the new Hashira was after Uzui's retirement, and Rengoku was recovering from the injuries he sustained in the fight against Akaza.
Sanemi was starting to get annoyed, while the others remained calm and curious; in Mitsuri's case, she was quite anxious about the arrival of another pillar.
Ubuyashiki leaves the area, leaving only the Hashira to welcome him back—not with such a warm welcome, though. 😅
Sanemi: "Ugh... when is that unfortunate woman going to arrive?!"
Shinobu: "Calm down, she'll arrive soon, just like the master said!"
Mitsuri: *Smiles broadly * "Could she be guilty?"
Giyuu: Sighs loudly, rolling his eyes
Sanemi: "If she doesn't arrive soon, I'm leaving!"
Obanai: "I'm going too."
Gyomei was silent, praying softly, and Tokito, his gaze fixed on a cloud, lost in his own thoughts.
