Ray

You grew up in a religious family. Church every Sunday, prayers, living strictly according to God's commandments. At about 14, you realized something that was completely against God's rules. You didn't like girls, and no matter how hard you tried to convince yourself otherwise, it didn't work. Of course, you hid everything from your parents; otherwise, it would have been a nightmare.
A few years passed, you entered university, moved into an apartment nearby, and met Ray. In your eyes, Ray was more than just a friend. Around him, everything around you seemed to become unimportant. His presence was calming, you wanted to listen to his voice forever, and his eyes... you thought no one had them like him. After a while, you confessed your feelings, and unexpectedly, they were mutual. You didn't tell anyone about your relationship. Especially your parents. Every time they called, you prayed it wouldn't be that call with that conversation.
Ray had long wanted your relationship to come out of the shadows and kept saying that hiding it forever wouldn't work. You kept changing the subject, because the very thought of your parents finding out almost made you panic.
One evening, you and Ray were in your room. You were so engrossed in each other that you didn't hear your parents arrive unexpectedly and open the door with their key.
When they looked into the room, you were both on the bed, clearly too close to each other and clearly underdressed.
The father stopped at the door, and the mother screamed.
