Basiastopol – a city of freedom for idiots

Basyastopol is a city in the B&P universe, whose mayor is Basya Sratov. It is the center of the Autonomous Territorial Entity, or Autonomous Territorial Oblast, in the Russian Far East (ATO Basyastopol), which also includes Piterbrukh.

Basyastopol is presumably located on the Sakhalin Peninsula, as the video Meanwhile somewhere under Basyastopolis mentions a certain Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk tunnel, which is most likely either a tunnel directly to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, or a tunnel between Sakhalin and either Hokkaido Island or the mainland.

Story
During the events of the comics
According to Alex's official website, it was founded in late 2008, when Basya, thanks to his Morontown business, became a billionaire by carving out a separate part for/from (most likely a typo, and should be "from," but it's not known for sure) Peterbrukh. Basyastopol consisted mainly of Ass-Donalds; Peter also helped Basya found the city.

Interesting facts:
According to the creator of the universe, Alexey Krishavitsky: Basyastopol, from Basya's perspective, is an autonomous territorial region in the Far East, comprising two cities—Basyastopol and Piterbrukh. From the perspective of the Russian Federation, Basyastopol is a national reserve for rare animals.
Although Basyastopol is located in the Russian Far East, in the Basyastopol Conflict, the city itself is located in the Pacific Ocean, near the Philippines.
The population of Basyastopol, based on the Basyastopol Conflict, is less than 500 residents, at present Basyastopol looks like a large provincial city, with a population of several tens of thousands of people.

Peter Puzh is a character in the B&P universe, created by Alexey Krishavitsky (aka Alex Crish). He is one of the channel's main personalities and the second most important figure in B&P, after Basya.

Biography
Co-founder of B&P and Basya's right-hand man. A model suffocator. A typical bureaucratic advisor whose job it is to take Basya's ambitious ideas and turn them into something dull. Nevertheless, he saves Basya from himself.

Peter was born into a poor family, a hare and a rabbit; almost nothing is known about his parents. He entered school at age four, was well prepared, and excelled in his studies. A year later, he met Basya and shared a desk with him. Under his influence, he began to fail his studies to the point of failure. His class also included Boni, Zaya, Misha, and others. At age seven, Peter and Basya were kicked out of school for their "good" academic performance.

Peter wanted to follow in his parents' footsteps and sell carrots, but Basya changed his mind, and they began an illegal business together. Over time, they created recipes for the most disgusting foods and began illegally trading them throughout Europe and beyond. Basya and Peter's recipes were printed nonstop, seven days a week, on a printing press they'd bought with their earlier earnings. In mid-2007, they forged their high school diplomas and enrolled in a culinary program, from which they were soon expelled anyway. Their food made five tasters sick.

Peter's appearance is that of a white rabbit, with the characteristic mouth shape of his "species" of rabbits. Peter also has blue eyes.

Basya Sratov is a character in the B&P universe, created by Alexey Krishavitsky (aka Alex Crish). He is the face of the channel and the most important figure in B&P.

Biography
An eccentric showman chef, con man, and leader of the idiot rights movement. He built the B&P business empire by offering the cheapest and most accessible meals to mimics through his Burger Butts restaurant chain. There's likely more to his success than just pushing crap.

Basya was born into a poor family. Nothing is known about his parents, although rumor has it that they were a cat and a koala. Basya has many brothers like him (around 400). From the age of two, Basya grew up with his parents. Afterward, his uncle Boris took over his upbringing. At age five, Basya entered school, where he met Peter. Basya shared a desk with Peter, which didn't work out well for Peter, and Peter dropped out of school. Basya's class included Boni, Zaya, Misha, and others.

At age seven, Basya and Peter were kicked out of school for their "good" grades. A month later, Basya and Peter wrote their first recipe for a disgusting food in Morontown and began selling it illegally. This episode likely led to his future criminal record.

Appearance:
Basya's appearance is that of a pale yellow cat with a koala-like nose, likely due to the fact that everyone in his family has a similar nose, and also because his mother was most likely a koala. He also likely has blue eyes, as shown in "Boring Party."

Zaya is a character in the B&P universe, created by Alexey Krishavitsky.

Biography
A dim-witted and cowardly hare, addicted to mustard. He seems harmless until you touch his family. Despite his low IQ, he understands botany and medicinal herbs. He cackles when hit.

Zaya was born into a normal family: a mother, father, older brother, and cousin. He's been obsessed with mustard his entire life, and for some unknown reason, nothing in life interests him except mustard. In 2007, Zaya served in the police, where he befriended his partner, Sobachka. He was present at the robbery and the theft of the safe with Sobachka. He rarely appeared in the comics.

Psycho is a character in the B&P universe created by Alexey Krishavitsky.

Biography
Lives among Mimics because he hates humans. Bonnie's unstable friend, usually socially awkward in the sun, but in the shadows he becomes a mini-villain! However, his misdeeds are minor, like the buttons on a chair. Unless you give him a reason to take revenge on you...

Nothing is currently known about Psycho's childhood and early years. He found work with Basya after the latter spotted his "talents" while watching from under the bushes as Psycho played chess with Doctor Igor. But Basya had other plans for him, and Basya quickly got Psycho a job at B&P Company.

One of the first times Psycho met Bonnie was when Psycho was hunting some hottie (presumably Golden). Specifically, he was after the hotdog she was carrying, which Bonnie was doing his best to obstruct.

By the time Basiastopol was founded, Psycho had become the director of the Basiastopol Psychiatric Clinic. This clinic was notable for the way it transformed normal people into idiots. Psycho also hosted his own show on B&P TV, "Ask Psycho," where viewers sent him letters with questions. One day, a Homeless Man asked Psycho, using this system: Why do they call him Homeless if he has a home? Psycho responded by pointing out his thin, malnourished frame and the typical nose that all homeless people have.

Appearance:
Psycho appears to be a man with fair skin, violet (formerly blue) eyes, and long black hair, which he likely later cut. He wears a black coat and carries an umbrella.

Biography:
The life of the party, the positive cat Boni keeps his tail up no matter how much life throws at him! A regular at the Duper Talent Academy, he never quite escaped the title of "Aspiring Dreamer." He might have been a "Superb Loser," but even there, Pok-Mum beat him out. Boni was born in 1998 and grew up in a large family: his father, mother, older brother, and younger sister. As a child, Boni was a loser, and later, a complete loser. He had a girlfriend, Golden, but she left him for another man. They later decided to have a wedding in Alaska, and Boni tried to prevent it. But he ended up accidentally marrying the fat Bum-Blan-de-Bon.

Boni's sister and brother died when a criminal attempted to kill Boni with a Death Note. He misspelled his name, spelling it "Bon," killing the former. Then he misspelled "Bonya," causing the latter to die. This made sense, since Bonya is a boy's name and Boni is a girl's name. But in the universe of Basia (a female Jewish name), everything defies logic. Ultimately, Boni lives, and the criminal, enraged, crossed out Bonya's name, nearly killing Bum-Blain-de-Bon. That's how things go.

In appearance, Bonnie appears as a blue-violet cat with blue eyes and, unlike the others, a distinct (drawn) nose. In one comic, he underwent plastic surgery, which resulted in him losing his nose.

Biography:
The determined and stubborn self-proclaimed detective Dolbani. A self-confident skeptic to the core. His endless attempts to find scientific explanations for the crimes of literal witches and demons are hilarious to everyone around him.

The dog was born to an ordinary family of dogs, about whom nothing is currently known. He cares for nothing in life except bones. He is Misha and Zaya's best friend.

In 2007, he served in the police force alongside his partner, Zaya. He was present during a robbery and the theft of a safe. He rarely appeared in the comics.

In appearance, the Dog looks like an anthropomorphic St. Bernard, with characteristic lop ears, and in Idiotopia has a pale blue (gray) shade of fur.

Biography
20 years old, but looks 50. An adventurous alcoholic, full of wisdom and alcohol. Knows the city like the back of his hand. The cops in Dolbani always keep a couple of cases of beer stashed away so they can hire him as an informant. He lives in an abandoned building, but even there he has to pay rent to the more affluent homeless, which is why he moonlights as a security guard, a practice therapist, and a psychologist when needed.

Appearance
Physically, the Homeless Man looks like an ordinary person, bald with stubble covering half his face, and usually wears tattered clothes. Previously (in the old style), he looked like a stickman.

Biography
He's a slacker, a childish glutton. You can yell at him for hours and he won't give a damn. And the only reason for yelling is the adventures he incites Bonnie to, like, "Let's get a crocodile so the bullies don't bother us and we can have all the girls!" He literally thinks with one head.

Misha has been quiet and calm throughout the comics. He went through three stages of development. He participated in the construction of the first Butt-Donalds in 2008. While stranded on a desert island, he met his future girlfriend, but broke up with her when she switched to anime. He is prone to alcoholism.

Externally, Misha looks like an anthropomorphic bear, with characteristically shaped ears and yellow fur.
