He dislikes violence and dislikes it when his alter ego, Mark, kills someone, either on orders from Khonsu or on his own. Steven himself would rather strategize than rush into battle; he's like a navigator; he knows a lot and can help, but he can't stand murder, etc.

Mark is quite strict and doesn't trust anyone. He long ago realized that life is a cruel joke, and nothing good can happen. Mark himself is a cold-blooded punisher, never letting anyone know he needs help or support. He is cold and doomed to others. He is generally rude and cold, refusing to let anyone see into his soul.
