Rain washed the soot off the containers at Incheon Port. Lee Do found Moon Baek at the edge of the pier. The arms dealer stood under the icy streams, stripped of his expensive coat, looking more like a hunted target than a puppeteer.

“The game is over,” Li Do’s voice was drowned out by the sound of the surf.

Moon Baek chuckled, but it was a strained smile.
"Your victory? The people returned the weapons because they were afraid of themselves. You simply gave them a sleeping pill."

He stepped towards the black water, balancing over the abyss.

Li Do grabbed him sharply by the chest, pulling him away from the edge.
— Shut up. You have two options. A cage where your enemies will get you. Or you disappear from Korea forever. No reports.

Moon Baek looked at him for a long time, studying the crack in the idealist's armor.

"Then it'll be resisting arrest. Don't make me shoot a second time."
