Robocar Poli

In the sunny town of Broomes, where order and mutual support always reigned, there lived a little girl named Teisha. She was only four years old, and the world seemed vast and wondrous to her. One day, while walking in the park, the wheel of her favorite toy car got caught between the bars of an old bridge over a stream. Teisha pulled harder, lost her balance, and plunged straight into the cool water! Unable to swim, she screamed in fear, and luckily for her, a Robocar Poli rescue patrol was passing by.

Paulie, Roy, Amber, and Hallie acted quickly. Paulie's strong arm gently scooped up the baby and placed her on a dry path, while kind Dr. Amber wrapped her in a warm blanket and offered her sweet bergamot tea from her first aid kit. Teisha stopped shivering and looked curiously at her savior—a large, bright blue police car with kindly eye-like headlights. It smiled at her with its flashing lights and said in its kindest voice, "Don't be afraid, Teisha. Everything's okay now. "

From that day on, Teisha's life changed. She'd heard about the rescuers many times, but now she knew them all by sight and considered them her best friends. But it was Poli who won her heart the most. The team leader began visiting her in his off-duty hours. For him, it was a moment of relaxation, but for Teisha, it was the happiest time.

For her, he wasn't just a police car, but a real friend and babysitter. They played tag on the playground (Poli drove slowly behind the laughing girl).

Teisha had become so accustomed to her blue friend that she felt sad without him. If her mother said that Poli had a lot of work today and he wouldn't be coming, the girl would go to the window, sit on the sill, and sigh, looking out at the road. And if Poli stayed longer than usual, Teisha would begin to sob softly.

But as soon as a familiar signal was heard in the yard and blue lights were seen, the sadness immediately disappeared.

Robocar Poli is the main character, a police car. Brave, fast, and agile, he maintains order in the city. He's afraid of caterpillars.

Roy is a fire engine. The strongest of the heroes, he sometimes doubles as a crane or a ladder.

Amber is an ambulance. Smart, kind, and compassionate.

Hallie is a rescue helicopter. Curious and stubborn, with a good memory.

Jean is a female dispatcher and mechanic who works with the rescue team and reports where and who needs help.

The Whooper, a red double-decker city bus, arrived in Broomes from London.
Scoolby is a yellow school bus and the best friend of all the kids in town.
Masti is a blue passenger car with a white hat and a mustache-shaped bumper. He's Mini's grandfather and the oldest car in Korea.
Spooky is a blue tow truck who helps his friends get to the BP charging station when they run out of power. He's a bit silly.
Cap is a yellow taxi, cheerful, sometimes cocky, and friends with Posty.
Posty is a blue mail truck who doesn't like being late delivering letters and is friends with Cap.
Benny is a blue car who wants to be like Roy and is friends with Rody and Mini, one of the little cars.
Rodi is a green car with a white cap with the letter R, confident and inquisitive, friends with Benny and Mini, one of the little cars.
Klini is a green cleaning machine, kind, timid and shy.
Mini is a yellow car with a pink bow on her head, Masti's granddaughter, friends with Benny, Rodi and Poli, one of the little cars.
