Pierrot or the Jester is the queen's right hand. He leads the Fatui harbingers. He is a serious adult man.

Pantalone or Businessman is the number 8 harbinger of Fatui. A stately man, he owns all of Snezhnaya's money, controls the bank's operations, and finances the system.
Childe, or Tartaglia, is the 11th harbinger of Fatui. A young man obsessed with becoming stronger, yet despite all this, the most human of the harbingers.

Vodyanitsa is an opera singer at the Royal Theatre, a member of the royal troupe. She is a siren by birth, cheerful, perky, intelligent, and endlessly talented. She has long, dark green hair that covers her eyes, fair skin, and blue eyes. She is also a member of Rokot.

Odette is a first-class ballerina at the Royal Theatre, a member of the royal troupe. She has deep violet eyes and blue hair. She is intelligent and calculating. She is also a member of Rokot. Known as "Lelek," she is the most cruel and merciless member of Rokot, who has repeatedly tried to stop Project Frost by threatening various members of Fatui.

Mitya is a kind, very intelligent guy. He has light violet hair and blue-violet eyes. He was ordered to participate in the Frost Project as a scientist. He's very smart. Anastasia Fedorovna Snezhnaya, or the Queen, is the Queen of the Land of Snow. She oversees Fatui's affairs, knows everything related to the "Frost" project, and even launched it herself. A very authoritative figure.
