Splatoon salmon run

Grizzco Industries is a shady front company in Splatoon 2 and Splatoon 3 that runs the cooperative "Salmon Run" job. Run by a mysterious, wooden-radio-bound boss named Mr. Grizz, it hires Inklings and Octolings to harvest Power Eggs and Golden Eggs from dangerous Salmonids.
Salmon Run: Grizzco hires employees part-time to drop into dangerous, restricted oceanic zones and collect valuable Golden Eggs dropped by Boss Salmonids.
Special Gear & Weapons: The company provides exclusive work suits and chaotic, heavily modified "Grizzco weapons" that feature wildly amped-up stats during special wildcard rotations.
Rewards: Trading in harvested eggs earns players scales, cash, and gear capsules.
Mr. Grizz's Identity: Initially voiced only through a carved wooden bear radio, he is later revealed in Splatoon 3's story mode (Return of the Mammalians) to be a surviving ancient grizzly bear, after being sent to space before the extincintion of humans, after hibernating through 12.000 years decided to make a company in this new world for it's experiments (Bear #03).

Salmonids are an evolved, sapient, and warlike species of amphibious fish in the Splatoon world. Being as the primary antagonists in the Salmon Run and Salmon Run Next Wave modes, they possess a unique warrior culture centered around migration and cooking-utensil weaponry.Salmonids The basic foot soldiers and smaller members of the Salmonid horde that swarm people in large numbers:Smallfry: The smallest, fastest baby-like Salmonids, often wielding plastic spoons.
Chum: The standard, most common medium-sized aggressive foot soldiers.
Cohock: Large, bulky, and resilient fighters that can instantly splat players using heavy frying pans.
Snatchers: Identical to Chums but tasked specifically with stealing and carrying away dropped Golden Eggs.
Boss Salmonids Dangerous, specialized threats requiring focused teamwork to defeat:
Steelhead: Carries a massive exploding bomb of ink on its head.
Flyfish: A pilot hovering in a basket using jetpacks, firing seeking missiles.
Scrapper: Drives a mobile armored car with a weak point in the rear.
Steel Eel: A long, winding metallic dragon-like snake driven by a small Salmonid.
Stinger: A tall stack of pots firing a piercing laser across the map.
Maws: Burrows under the ink and leaps upward to swallow players whole.
Drizzler: Fires an umbrella-like shell that rains ink down.
Fish Stick: Plants a tall pillar topped with Smallfries that spew ink from above.
Flipper-Flopper: Dives and does a wide belly-flop to claim territory.
Slammin' Lid: Floats like a UFO, slamming down a protective shield ring.
Big Shot: Uses a heavy launcher to shockwave the ground and deploy cannons.

Goldies: Glowing golden Salmonids appearing during specific night events like Rush.
Grillers: Giant rolling barbecue structures housing hidden enemies inside.

Salmon Run is a cooperative, horde-style job in inkopolis where up to four employees work together to defeat waves of salmonids, vicious fishes that because in the season their bodies burn energy they search to devour everyone and everything,they live under the believe of 'i shall eat everyone i found and when i die i shall be eaten' they are called Salmonids.
Employes of the shady company Grizzco, employees must collect Golden Eggs dropped by boss enemies and deposit them into a central basket to meet a required quota.
How It Works. The Waves: Each standard shift consists of three separate waves. Each wave assigns employees a random weapon, features changing environmental conditions or random events (like high/low tide or fog), and requires a specific number of Golden Eggs.
Teammate Rescues: If a player is splatted, they turn into a floating life ring. Teammates can revive them by shooting them with ink.
King Salmonids: After completing the three waves, employees may face an extra wave against a massive Boss/King Salmonid (like Cohozuna, Horrorboros or Megalodontia) for extra rewards.
Core Features and Rewards. Weapons: Players do not choose their own loadouts; instead, the corporation provides a random selection for each rotation, pushing employees to adapt to different fightstyles.
Rankings: Success raises your job title and rank, while failing consecutive rounds can lower it.
Prizes: Working earns you scales, cash, and exclusive gear that you can trade in for custom cosmetic items and upgrades.
