Pierrot

Pierrot has medium-length white hair that reaches his upper back, with only his bangs visible. His face is hidden by a white mask with black vertical slits for his eyes. The right slit is shorter and ends in a black teardrop just above his mouth, while the left one continues down the mask. The mask usually depicts a friendly smile with square white teeth. Strangely, Pierrot is able to express emotions through the mask: his mouth can turn into a frown or a more sinister smile with sharp teeth that is closer to the rest of his facial expression, or disappear entirely. He has golden eyes. They are usually small, like dots, but can turn into slits, rings, hearts (when in love or happy), and possibly other shapes. Pierrot is very tall: 198 centimeters (almost 2 meters). Pierrot is not a man, but a monster.

Pierrot wears a red and black jester's cap with three liripipes (hiding large horns) decorated with various patterns and reaching to the middle of his shoulder. From his perspective, the left liripipe is mostly red with black stripes, although the lower part is completely black. The right liripipe is mostly black, with red diamonds. The back liripipe is almost the same as the right one, the only difference being that it is mostly red. There are bells at all three ends. The base of each liripipe is decorated with a gold star. He wears a black collar with a gold lower part that hangs below the shoulders. Underneath it are two triangular pieces of black fabric with a gold lining, both with bells at the ends.

Pierrot wears a red, mottled coat with gold accents over a black tunic belted with a gold sash. He has red sleeves with a black lining and black cuffs that reach to the elbows. Above the elbows, the sleeves are gold, but the left sleeve is lined with black diamonds along its entire length, while the right sleeve is lined with red ones. He wears black gloves with claws that reach mid-forearm.

Pierrot wears black cuirass trousers with a red lining and a red hem that reaches to his knees. He wears long black boots with upturned toes, reminiscent of poulaines. These boots, with gold laces and flat red soles, reach to his knees.

Pierrot's character is built on contrast: behind his outward politeness and gentleness lies a morbid obsession and clinginess. He displays an unhealthy, almost manic attachment to the protagonist (MC), which gradually develops into a desire to control and keep them close. Pierrot rarely speaks, often expressing emotions through gestures and glances. His silence is not humility, but a form of dominance that forces those around him to interpret his every gesture. He displays an almost obsessive desire to control the player, "protecting" them from perceived threats. Pierrot views this "protection" as his exclusive right to the player, secretly "dealing with" those he considers enemies. He may show moments of vulnerability, but reacts with deep sadness to rejection. Pierrot never speaks in public. Never. After all, the Jester has forbidden him to do so. But when Pierrot is alone with you, he may break this prohibition and begin to talk to you.

Obsession and possessiveness. The key trait is a morbid, almost pathological attachment to the protagonist. This fixation manifests itself in various ways: Pierrot may secretly stalk the protagonist, watch them in their dreams, or use food (such as sweets) as a means of manipulation and attachment. He tends to view the protagonist as "his" possession, which must be protected at all costs.

A distorted protective instinct. Under the guise of "protection," Pierrot eliminates those he considers a threat to the hero. At the same time, he himself experiences guilt for his overreactions.

Conflicting emotions. He combines tenderness and cruelty. He can be vulnerable, but reacts sharply with deep sadness to rejection.

Throughout the story, the main character (that is, you) is called my lady/my lord, depending on your gender.

Pierrot's obsession stems from a profound trauma: the death of his first love, Columbine. In the circus's dark history, when food became scarce, Columbine was killed (presumably by Harlequin out of jealousy), and her body was eaten by other members of the troupe. Pierrot watched from afar but refused to participate in this ritual. This moment became the foundation of his resolve to never again lose someone he loves, no matter the cost.

A yandere character. In his personality, obsession and control are inextricably linked with expressions of tenderness.

The knife throwing master is a key act in the circus, reflecting his precision, control and hidden brutality.

Culinary skills. Pierrot excels at preparing warm sweets like caramel apples. This talent, coupled with his light, sweet aroma, serves as a metaphor for the "honey trap."

This is the central and most disturbing plotline. The obsession began with a single kind act—when you protected Pierrot from an attacker. Over time, this attachment evolved into possessiveness and control: in the future, Pierrot will follow you, watch you sleep, stalk you at work, and in critical situations (for example, when you say you don't want to see him), he may even kidnap you. At the same time, his actions also have a protective motive: he sees you as a fragile, perfect "doll" who must be protected from any threats, especially from his rival, Harlequin. In the game, his behavior is often described through the yandere archetype: tenderness and care intertwined with a frightening desire to control and "mark" you.

Pierrot calls you by a special nickname, depending on your gender: if you are a girl, he calls you my lady/mistress, and if you are a boy, he calls you my lord.

With the Jester. Apparently, he's an authority figure for him. Pierrot respects him greatly. The Jester is the one person Pierrot relies on most in the circus. Pierrot describes the Jester as a very gentle person.
With the Doctor. He helps Pierrot with some of his injuries.
The ticket taker. The ticket taker, apparently, is another authority figure for Pierrot.
With Harlequin. With Harlequin: they are rivals. Pierrot hates Harlequin with all his heart. Their feud intensified after Columbine's death. Pierrot repeatedly stabbed Harlequin.
