Quiet Yandere Obsession: His obsession with the player is less vocal, but far more dangerous. He watches from afar, keeping his finger on the pulse of the circus and warning, "Don't stray too far, customer. If you try to escape, I'll know where to find you." He literally has "eyes and ears" throughout the tent. Leadership and Cruelty: The Jester feels responsible for the troupe and was once the only one secretly feeding Pierrot while he was locked in a cage. However, his "care" borders on absolute dictatorship. During the massacre of Columbine, he cold-bloodedly encouraged the other monsters to tear her apart, earning him the nickname "Lust."

(Part 2) Integrity and Strict Rules: For him, the circus rules are sacred. If conflicts arise at the entrance (for example, visitors trying to sneak children in against the rules), the Ushers never raise their voice. He eliminates violators with absolute, icy calm. If an opponent is too tall or strong, the Ushers calmly calls the Doctor for help. Secrets of the Mirror Maze: His power is directly linked to mirrors. It is known that eerie spatial anomalies occur in his tent, and those who have tried to disrupt the circus's order are locked deep within the mirrors. Hidden Humanity: Earning money in the circus, the Ushers spends it not on himself, but on tent upgrades, stationery, and clothing for other troupe members, showing them a special, family-like care.

His main monstrous feature is his long snake-like tongue, and he hides hidden tentacles behind his back or under his clothing, which he uses to restrain his victims.Character and Behavior: Seductive Manipulator: Narcissistic, flirtatious, daring, and incredibly clingy. He uses flirtation, ambiguous innuendo, and physical contact as weapons to confuse the Protagonist and make them fall in love with him. His every action is a show for the audience.Sadism under the guise of fun: His false friendliness never reaches the eyes. The Harlequin is a cruel predator who revels in psychological control. He enjoys seeing the protagonist's fear, confusion, and panic. His love is possessive and dangerous: he demands complete submission, not just reciprocity. Jester's costume (green and black): On the head is a two-pointed green and black cap with heart-shaped patterns and bells on the ends. On the shoulders is a short black cloak with torn, sharp edges, tied in front with a lush yellow bow. The inside of the cloak is bright yellow. Puffy two-tone puff sleeves turn into tight-fitting gloves. Long claws are hidden underneath. Voluminous black knee-length shorts and high green lace-up boots.

Unlike the others, it always sports a sinister, wide grin with razor-sharp triangular teeth. The smile slit is see-through - his real teeth are visible through it. The mask is able to change expressions: smirk, narrow in a grimace, or disappear completely. Eyes and makeup: He has intimidating black sclera with poisonous green neon irises. Green makeup is applied around his eyes: on the left side of the mask there is a long green diamond running vertically, on the right side there is an inverted green triangle directly under the eye. His gaze is always hypnotic and maniacally focused. Hair: Black, curly and unruly locks reaching to his cheeks.

(Part 3) Personality and Behavior TraitsDuplicity and Impulse Switching: The Doctor's personality is clearly divided into two polar opposites:Clinical Coldness: In his normal state, he is calm, calculating, polite, incredibly intelligent, and speaks with a distinct accent.Sadistic Ecstasy: He switches instantly when overwhelmed by impulses of cruelty and bloodlust. At this moment, his lenses flash red.Fixation on Fear and Biology: The Doctor is obsessed with studying other people's fear, physiology, rapid heartbeat, and pupil reactions. In his tent, he first handcuffs the Protagonist to a medical chair, assuring him that it is "for his own safety."Control and Tenderness: Despite his monstrous, savage nature, he possesses colossal self-control. He is capable of displaying frightening care, attentiveness, and gentleness toward the Protagonist (for example, he can discreetly apply a band-aid to a scratch he himself left). Intelligence over Strength: Unlike straightforward threats, the Doctor always prefers to act subtly, using manipulation, medical instruments (like a giant pink syringe for intimidation), and psychological pressure.

(Part 2) Robe and Cloak: Over his clothes, he wears a long, floor-length, crimson-black cape with a hood. The inner lining of the cloak is a contrasting blue. The cloak wraps his shoulders like a shawl. Under the cloak is a strict double-breasted black and red trench coat, decorated with two rows of gold buttons (6 in total), tied at the waist with a red belt. Hands and Claws: On his hands, he always wears long crimson opera gloves (presumably made of waterproof material). Under them are long, sharp claws, with which he can accidentally scratch the neck of the Main Character during an examination. Dimensions: The Doctor's height is 207 cm. He is the tallest member of the troupe, surpassing even Pierrot. His legs and feet are always completely hidden by the hem of his cloak.

Appearance down to the smallest detail Plague Doctor Mask: His calling card is a jet-black plague doctor mask with a long beak. Glowing blue (cyan) lenses are built into the eye sockets of the mask. When the Doctor is overwhelmed by strong outbursts of rage or insane excitement, these lenses suddenly change color to bright red. Face and skin: The face is completely hidden. The Doctor's skin has an unnatural red tint. Only a few unruly strands of short, bright red hair peek out from under the hood in front.

(Part 4) Stalker Behavior: He completely disregards personal boundaries. During the day, he relentlessly watches the protagonist from the shadows, and at night, he secretly sneaks into their room, simply to sit next to them and watch them sleep. Attitude toward rivals: He experiences a deep, furious jealousy, especially toward Harlequin, who deliberately provokes Pierrot and tries to draw the protagonist's attention to himself. At such moments, Pierrot instantly loses his "harmless mime" persona, and his mask reveals a predatory grin.

(Part 3) Dimensions and physiology: At 198 cm tall, he appears disproportionately thin, graceful, and lanky. However, beneath his clothes lies monstrous physical strength, surpassing that of other circus performers. Character and subtleties of behavior. Basis of obsession: Pierrot chose the Protagonist (a café worker) as his "light in the darkness" solely because he was the first being to show him genuine human kindness, rather than terror. This attachment instantly developed into a manic fixation. Contrast of politeness and cruelty: Alone with his beloved, Pierrot displays absolute tenderness, naivety, timidity, and exaggerated politeness. He communicates through body language and gestures. But behind this façade lurks an impulsive predator. To protect or retain the protagonist, Pierrot is ready to resort to any defensive violence.

(Part 2) Costume and color scheme: The outfit is done in red and black tones with yellow accents. On the head is a three-pointed red and black jester's cap with bells on the ends. On the neck is a lush, pleated jabot collar (black with yellow accents). The top is a red figured cape/vest, pulled together in the center with 4-5 yellow cords, under which a dark base is visible. On the hands are white gloves, which Pierrot never takes off to hide the sharp claws underneath. The bottom part consists of voluminous, baggy circus trousers and high boots to match the costume.
