Dipsy Lake

Developers say that Lake Dipsy originated from the severed head of the original Dipsy; due to mutation, the head developed its own body and intelligence.
In Versus Mode he has a red vision, probably because of the color of his eyes.
The design of Lake Dipsy is a retextured version of the Regenerator from the video game Resident Evil 4. It also features animations from an NPC in the FPS Creator.

Take advantage of the space: The lake, the enemy's habitat, is too open and empty, making it really difficult for them to kill you. Plus, they're usually far away from the player.
Blind spots: Like some enemies in the game, this one has areas where its AI glitches and it can't kill you. These would be high places, since Dipsy's head can't reach you from there. The player can also find ways to use strategic locations to avoid Lake Dipsy.
Tubbies: It's recommended to start collecting them at the opposite end of the Dipsy spawn, as it's too slow and will take a long time to appear, not to mention that that area is rich in Tubbies.
Take advantage of his distraction: You can take advantage of the time when Lake Dipsy is patrolling one custard to grab others, since Lake Dipsy will be distracted by the other custard and won't chase you.

It's a very thin, tall Teletubby with a scaly body, covered in bloodstains and scratches. It also has long, sharp fingers, but it doesn't use them; instead, it attacks by biting.

Its face is deformed and elongated compared to its original form, and it has red eyes that glow in the dark, making it incredibly imposing in low light. It also has sharp teeth that it uses to attack; while it isn't very fast, it compensates with its wide field of vision. Even so, it remains the easiest enemy to evade in the game. It only becomes dangerous in the Training Maze, but that's an external element.
