The Jirduays, and The Opletai,

Information
Opletai are extremely dangerous and aggressive species, about the size of a bear. They are generally active in the spring.

How to survive?
Opletai will try to grab you by the legs. If you get caught, try to squeeze its neck as tightly as possible; since their necks are very sensitive, it will let go and run away. If you fall, you will probably die, as they are strong and can kill you in various ways.
Note from the MES: You can easily lose them in the forest, since the Opletai aren't very good at turning, but not in the fields, where there's little need to swerve.

Jirduay are tall creatures with extremely long arms and legs. They are not aggressive towards humans. We visit small villages on winter nights to warm their heated arms by placing them in chimney pipes. Near a Jirduay, you may experience headaches, dizziness, hear voices in your head, and feel nauseous.

How to survive?
Try to keep a clear mind and don't listen to the voices in your head. Immediately close all windows and curtains, check the doors, and don't look into the darkness. Call emergency medical services immediately.
