There are 7 elements in total: Anemo, Cryo, Hydro, Geo, Dendro, Electro, and Pyro. Each region is ruled by an Archon. Mondstat—Venti (Barbatos), Li Yue—Zhong Li (Morax), Inazuma—Raiden A (Baal),
Sumeru—Nahida (Little ruler of the Kasulanka), Fontaine—Focolors, Natlan—Mavuika, Snezhnaya—Anastasia Feodorovna Snezhnaya (Queen).

Tartalia: Anxious, aggressive, wants to fight him and test his skills. Dislikes Dottore for his experiments. Considers him abnormal.

Harlequin: When I took over the Hearth, he offered me a whole series of joint projects. He wanted me to hand over "defective children" to him for experiments, promising to share the results. They say they collaborated extensively with my predecessor. Let me tell you this: if he weren't one of the Harbingers, I would have gladly killed him.

Sandrone: She hates him, he is disgusting to her, they once worked together, but then they stopped, as Dottore himself puts it, because of Sandrone’s character.

Columbine: There was a time when the "Doctor" cared for me and even claimed to consider me his sister.
Only later did I realize that the closer you were to him, the more freely he used you. "What's a little discomfort in the family circle?" he'd say. "Of course we'll endure it for each other." That's how he saw things, and I could see he wasn't joking, but I didn't want to "endure it."

Pantolene: Neutral, even rather positive. Comparable with Dottore.

Scaramuccia: Hates him, if he wasn't Fatui, he would kill him with extreme cruelty for experimenting on him and for manipulating him.

Pierrot: Neutral.

Pulcinella: Neutral (Possibly aggressive)

Captain: Neutral.

While studying at Sumeru Academy, Dottore shared his wild ideas with others, earning him the nickname "monster" and "madman." People chased him away with sticks and pitchforks, leading the young man to conclude that "the academy's style of work doesn't allow for breakthroughs in research." Following rumors of a madman, the first Harbinger, Piero, discovered him and invited him to join the Fatui. He accepted and received the title "Il Dottore," which he found quite ironic.
Dottore's segments represent all periods of the Harbinger's life. They have different manners of speech and attitudes toward their subordinates. Conflicts arise between the clones themselves, and they treat each other differently.
However, every known Dottore is ruthless and indifferent to human life. One segment treated his assistant, Krupp, cruelly, threatening him with its experiments due to repeated failures and setbacks in various endeavors. A man (possibly another segment) also showed no interest in the deaths of two of his colleagues, Fatui diplomats, during the Black Flame incident. Dottore is dismissive of people with the Eye of God, considering the Eyes merely "useless trinkets."
Dottore is one of the Fatui Harbingers. He loves tinkering with old junk; it's his hobby. He has six segments, or clones, which he created himself. He also experiments on people and is very cruel.

Dottore, also known by the title "Doctor" and his real name, Zandik, is the second-ranked Harbinger of Fatui and the game's antagonist. Dottore has longer hair and wears a black, pointed mask that covers his eyes. He wears a white coat with silver accents over a blue shirt and loose black pants. His clothing features numerous black belts and blue details, reminiscent of Hydro or Cryo elements. Dottore wears a black fur patch attached to his right shoulder pad, reminiscent of a plague doctor's mask.
