Dottore

Columbina is the third in ranking of the Fatui harbingers, but lef recently because she found out that the Fatui and the Tsaritsa were only using her for her powers. So she resides in silver moon Hall, located in Hiisi Island at Nod-krai.

Columbina is the moon goddess, her past title while still being part of the Fatui is 'the Damselette'. Columbina's relationship with others are either normal, or positive, but highly negative for Dottore after what he tried to do to her.

Columbina has many titles, the Damselette, the moon maiden, the moon goddess, Kuutar, which made her forget her own name, but the traveler soon confirms that her name is Columbina, in which she now recognizes herself as Columbina Hyposelenia.

Dottore is the Second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is known as an eccentric genius who conducts unethical human experiments, unimpeded by morality, and with the ultimate goal of elevating humans "to the level of the gods".

Dottore is a mad scientist, rather than a sadist who harms others simply for the fun of it. What makes him evil is his pride, selfishness, and disregard for human life.

Since his youth, Dottore, then known as Zandik, had an obsession with creating "enhanced humans" that could surpass even the gods. It is unknown if this ambition was what got him chased out of his hometown and accused of being a "monster" and a "madman" after he was admitted into Sumeru Akademiya.

He took all the failed children under the previous Arlechino and experimented on them, turning those who survived into living weapons or monstrosities. He destroyed a swordsmith village in Inazuma, creating an area infested with tatarigami, destroying Wanderer's life, and damaging Kazuha's clan.

His relationship with his colleagues (other Fatui harbingers) are negative, they hate him.
