The overall body structure of the Omega Segment is consistent with the aesthetics of a tall, slender man with an athletic, but not massive, build. His pale skin creates an almost sickly contrast with the brighter elements of his appearance, giving him a detached, cold appearance.

The most noticeable detail of the appearance is the headdress and mask. Instead of a black and white mask covering the lower half of the face, the Omega Segment wears a black, pointed, beak-shaped mask (reminiscent of a plague doctor's mask) that completely obscures its eyes (all segments have red eyes). This gives its appearance a sinister and mysterious aura.

The Omega Segment's hair is another key difference from other versions. It's noticeably longer, reaching past the shoulders. It's a bright blue, straight or slightly wavy, and falls freely. A blue glowing earring can be seen on the right ear—a common detail across all known Dottore segments.

Dottore's Omega style is a meticulously crafted image, combining the aesthetics of a mad scientist, an aristocrat, and a predator. Unlike the more formal attire of the other Harbingers, his attire is full of theatricality and dark symbolism.

As the second Fatui Harbinger, Dottore's Omega Segment has a dual nature: it simultaneously fulfills formal duties to the Fatui and pursues its own global research goals.

📜 Responsibilities as a Harbinger

· Scientific Research: As "Doctor", conducts research on behalf of Fatui.

🧪 Personal goals and motivation

· Creation of the "superman": His main goal is to create humans who can equal or surpass the gods.
· Knowledge without Limits: He is willing to do anything for knowledge, his research includes the mechanisms of Kaenri'ah, Forbidden Knowledge, and the nature of dreams.
· Deal with Nahida: In Sumeru, he traded two God Hearts for the destruction of all his segments, leaving him the only one left.

In essence, his membership in Fatui is the perfect tool to achieve his main, obsessive goal - to rewrite the laws of the universe and put humanity on the same level as the gods.

The character of Il Dottore's Omega segment is the quintessential arrogant intellectual, for whom knowledge trumps any morality and the lives of others are merely expendable. This segment embodies the most predatory and cynical side of Dottore's personality.

Intellectual superiority and an obsession with knowledge are his main drivers. He's not just a scholar; he's an obsessive researcher, willing to dissect reality, gods, and human souls for the sake of pure experimentation. In Sumeru, he displays an icy rationalism: he harbors no personal hatred for Nahida, but views her as a unique object of study. His dialogue is laced with sarcasm and condescension—he speaks to his interlocutor as if he were a lazy student whose arguments are not up to his level.

Sadistic calm is another signature trait. The Omega Segment never raises his voice, never loses his composure, even when his plans are thwarted. His smile (hidden behind his mask, but discernible in his tone) is that of a surgeon watching with amusement the agony of a test subject. He derives pleasure not from pain per se, but from the process of learning through destruction—he can calmly discuss genocide as a statistical error.

His attitude toward other Harbingers is dismissive. He considers himself unique among them, possessing not just power, but true knowledge. Even with Signora or Tartaglia, he treats them with a touch of arrogance, and with Pedro (it doesn't matter)—as if they were tools. He's not stupid, however: he acknowledges the power of those who can be useful, but never respects them as equals.

A manipulator and strategist, Omega doesn't use brute force—he weaves complex schemes, using allies as pawns (for example, the deal with Azar). He's patient and willing to wait years for his plan to work perfectly. He's not afraid to take risks, but he calculates every step.

Nihilism under the guise of scholarship. Deep down, the Omega Segment is cynical to the extreme: it doesn't believe in goodness, justice, or divine providence. For it, the world is

The Omega Segment is human. More precisely, it is one of the "augmentations" (clones) of the original scientist, Zandik. Zandik created them from himself at different points in his life to overcome the limitations of human intelligence and mortality.

Regarding the fate of Zandik (the original Dottore):

· He's Dead: The original Zandik died of a heart attack at age 85.
· Ironic fate: Instead of helping their creator, his own segments dissected his body as a test subject.

· An ironic stage name: His title "Il Dottore" comes from the Italian commedia dell'arte, where it is the name of a rich and talkative character who adores the sound of his own voice. Dottore himself finds it ironic that he bears the name of this boastful buffoon.
· "Eyes of God" are useless: He treats those who possess the Eyes of God with disdain, considering these artifacts "useless trinkets." He is not interested in the gifts of the gods, but in how humans can surpass them through the power of their own minds.
· Fascination with Ancient Technology: He has a soft spot for the ruins of Khaenri'ah and often experiments with Ruin Guardians in an effort to understand and harness their mechanisms.
· Selfish Segment: According to Nahida, of all the segments in existence, the Omega build is the “most selfish.”
· Cold Charm: According to Tignari, during their conversation, Dottore "never looked angry," but his speech was laced with a complete lack of compassion.
