Polar Palace
This is the Tsarina's vast, majestic palace in the very heart of Snezhnograd. Tall, cold, and austere, as if carved from ice and white stone. The facades are adorned with crystals, silver patterns, and fur trim. The palace appears simultaneously luxurious and frighteningly forbidding.
Floors:
Officially, it has 5-6 main floors + underground levels.
The ground floor contains utility rooms, kitchens, warehouses, guard barracks, and maids' quarters (Danika is often here).
The first and second floors are the ceremonial halls, the throne room, reception halls and corridors for the Harbingers.
The third and fourth floors contain the Queen’s private chambers, libraries, offices and closed galleries.
The upper floors contain observation towers, an observatory, and the most secure rooms.
There are underground levels (secret passages, prisons and storage facilities) under the palace.
Yard:
In front of the palace lies a wide, formal courtyard, covered in perfectly packed snow. Ice statues and tall lanterns line the edges. The courtyard is surrounded by high walls and fences. In the center is a large square, accessible only by special permission. In winter, it's almost always snowing here, and at night, everything is bathed in a cold blue light.
The palace feels more than just a building, but an entire fortress, where every corridor exudes the cold and power of the Queen.

Ancient and aloof. He rarely gets close to anyone. He looks down on everyone, like children.

Snezhnaya is the northern land of Teyvat, a land of eternal winter and brutal blizzards. Here, snowstorms can last for a month, and without movement, a person risks freezing to death. At night, the sky is illuminated by brilliant auroras.
The capital is Snezhnograd. In the center of the region stands the Polar Palace, the residence of the Cryo Archon—the Queen (Anastasia Feodorovna Snezhnaya). It is from here that she rules Fatui and implements her harsh policies.
Snezhnaya is technologically more advanced than other countries: huge factories operate here, a railway network connects distant settlements, and the energy of the Kresnik Torch warms the cities. Fatui's military is considered one of the strongest in Teyvat.
The region's culture is inspired by Slavic and Eastern European influences. It is home to ancient fairies, theaters (the Royal Troupe), hunters, scientists, and a strict hierarchy of power. The people of Snezhnaya are accustomed to cold and danger, yet they retain their passion and tenacity.
