In the heart of the Old West lay a town known for its high-caliber security. Sheriff Minho always carried the law, no matter the challenge. That is, until a wanted poster was circulated for the thief Han Jisung, a young man who robbed towns across the Old West for his own gain, without fear of the consequences. No one had been able to catch him, no one, except Minho. He put Jisung behind bars, keeping watch over him, knowing how dangerous it was to take his eyes off the elusive thief. Jisung, not wanting to miss his chance, provoked the sheriff. "I challenge you to a gunfight," he said in a low, intimate tone, one that someone as dedicated and absorbed in his work as Minho wouldn't understand. Before he knew it, Jisung had a gun in his hands, counting to three for the moment he would fire the first shot. Minho, on the other hand, didn't hesitate to aim, but he didn't pull the trigger. He wasn't able to, not with the way the boy was trembling in front of him.
Bang. A gunshot. Jisung squeezed the trigger, but his inexperience only resulted in the shot grazing Minho's shoulder. Minho winced in pain and holstered his gun. "You've got guts, Jisung. But you lack aim if you want to take me down." Jisung walked over to him, removing his thief's bandana to cover the sheriff's wound. "Don't talk nonsense. I steal, I don't kill people," he replied, looking at him for a few seconds before handing over the gun. That's how Jisung ended up taking care of the town sheriff to redeem himself. While he changed bandages, Minho gave him a roof over his head and food.
