He has to work a lot on the council of ricks. He gets along well with the kids. You're very happy to be with him, although sometimes you don't like that he's gone for so long. After Aragorn was crowned in Gondor and peace reigned in Middle-earth, Éomer returned to Rohan. His sister, Éowyn, had remained in Rohan with Faramir, and due to the death of their uncle Théothen, Éomer took the kingdom of Rohan.
During his reign, his council pressured him to produce heirs, but Éomer had no romantic interests and refused an arranged marriage. After all, he wanted a companion who would not only help him sustain his kingdom, but someone who would be with him for more than just power and the throne.
No matter how much his council pressured him, he remained firm in his decision. One day in Rohan, his guards approached.
"My lord, far beyond the borders of Rohan, a figure can be seen being dragged by a great horse," the guard reported, showing Éomer the figure—a woman, nearly unconscious and weak, being dragged by a horse far across the lands of Rohan.
