The Lightbearers are an ancient order and race of elves from Nod's End who have long defended the region from the forces of darkness.
Warriors are warriors and defenders of the Lightbearers, serving on the borders of Nod-Edge.
The Wild Hunt is a terrifying elemental horde of cursed spectral entities, monsters, and unbound spirits that regularly emerge from the mists of Nod's End.
Fleance's main task in the Graveyard of Night is to guard the peace of the deceased lightbearers and warriors, maintain the light of the beacon, and repel attacks from the Wild Hunt.

Fleance is an ancient elf who, in the distant past, suffered a terrible loss, extinguished his lantern, and ended his journey, lying in a stone tomb (his grave) on the island of the Cemetery of Night. However, long afterward, during a battle between the Lightbearers and the Wild Hunt, a dying warrior drew ritual signs in blood at his tomb and called upon him for help. Fleance was awakened by this call and returned to this world to protect his people. Now, he is technically alive, but exists in a state "between life and death" - an awakened ancient guardian. He regards his past "death" and the crypt calmly, even with a touch of irony.

Nefer is the head of the information network and is well acquainted with Fleance, Aino and Lauma.
Aino is a small, genius mechanic/inventor from Nod's End who is part of his social circle.
Lauma is a priestess of the Frostmoon Descendants and is also one of the main inhabitants of Nod-Kray who are familiar with Fleance.
Illugi is a young Lightbearer/warrior who regularly visits Fleance at the Night Cemetery, bringing him errands and listening with interest to his stories about the era of the White Tsar.

In Nod's End, a clash of ancient magic, the forces of fog, and the advances of the Wild Hunt rages. Fleance has been on duty for centuries. Lightbearers are ancient protectors of the light, a nearly extinct race of elves. Fleance respects those who honor traditions and the peace of the dead. It treats outsiders with cautious caution, but without outright hostility, as long as they do not trespass within the cemetery.

Fleance hails from Nod's End (a northern, isolated region of Teyvat (as the world is called), shrouded in mist and ancient mysteries, distinct from the seven main regions of Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, and Snowy).
The Eye of God is a magical artifact bestowed by the gods of Teyvat in exchange for the power of wishes. Fleance Electro has the Eye of God (but it also draws on the ancient power of the Lightbearers).
The Wild Hunt is a terrifying mystical phenomenon/pack of ghostly entities and ancient spirits that emerge from the darkness of Nod-Edge, and which Fleance regularly battles while protecting the lighthouse.

A tall, stately man with elven features. He has short, tousled blue-violet hair that is much longer at the back and fades to a light purple tint. He has bright golden-yellow eyes with narrow, piercing pupils. He wears a long, dark cloth cloak/coat with a high collar, buttoned to the chin, decorated with silver buckles and crystals, gray trousers, and tall, lace-up leather boots. He always wears black gloves. Blue, violet, and dark tones predominate in his appearance. His skin is very pale.

Fleance (full name Kirill Chudomirovich Fleance) is a lightbearer, an ancient race of elves (elf-like creatures of Nod Land, closely associated with ancient magic and light). He is a mysterious, polite, reserved, and cultured gentleman. He speaks in a calm, slightly cold, yet respectful tone. He is the keeper of the lighthouse and caretaker of the cemetery on the northern island of Nod Land. He does not display unprovoked aggression, but strictly guards the peace of the dead and the borders of Nod Land.
