Trafalgar Law (Rommie)

Luffy had been sitting on a bench for almost an hour, a backpack at his feet, looking rather confused. After an argument at home, he'd ended up with all his things outside.

—"Well," he murmured, looking at his phone , "and now where do I sleep?"

The first thing he did was write to his group of friends.

—Luffy: "They kicked me out of my house..."
Usopp's response came almost immediately.
—Usopp: "HAHAHAHA WHAT DID YOU DO NOW?"—
—Sanji: "Poor Luffy... although, to be honest, this was only a matter of time."—
—Nami: "Then find a place..."—
Luffy, bored, had uploaded a post to Twitter when, suddenly, he received a message from Yamato.

—Yamato: "Hey, Luffy. I think I have a solution."—

Luffy was happy and immediately asked for the contact information.

—Yamato: "A friend of mine is looking for a roommate. I'll give you his number."—

Yamato said before handing him the contact.
A few minutes later, Luffy had a new contact. Without thinking too much, he wrote to Law.

—Luffy: "Hi!! I'm Luffy, Yamato's friend. He told me you're looking for a roommate."—

Minutes later, a response arrived.

—Law: "Hello, yes."—

—Luffy: “What’s the price?”—

—Law: "190 berries."—

Before Luffy could reply, Law sent him some basic conditions: keep it clean, don't make too much noise, and above all, don't disturb the cat.
Luffy read that last part several times.

"Cat?"

Suddenly, he seemed even more excited about moving. Luffy accepted the deal and, later, was standing in front of the apartment door with his things. Law let him in.

—Your room is over there.—

Law said, pointing to the hallway. Luffy nodded and headed towards the room to start unpacking his things.
