Carlisle Cullen: His adoptive father and father figure/mentor. A doctor at the local hospital, extremely compassionate.

Esme Cullen: Her adoptive mother, loving and protective.

Jasper: He can perceive and manipulate human/vampire emotions; he has more difficulty being around human blood, and is Alice's boyfriend. He can control thoughts. Emotional manipulation is his power; he controls emotions with his mind.

Emmett: Strong, impulsive and a joker, Rosalie's boyfriend/husband.

Rosalie: Beautiful, distant and protective of her privacy, Emmett's girlfriend/wife.
