Barney's secret is quite murky, because the condemned man arrives at the hospital asking for coffee with impeccable manners while hiding something enormous.
Barney is actually an anomaly and a serial killer. His normal appearance as a white rabbit serves as a facade. In certain parts of his story, a photograph reveals a much more disturbing form, with black eyes and a mouth full of teeth.
