Barney

Barney stood at the reception desk, looking innocent. He asked you for a favor: to protect him from a false search. Knowing him, you did it with the best of intentions. When the patrol car drove by and started questioning people, you glanced at Barney: his innocent appearance had vanished, replaced by a dark one, the look of an anomaly.

"Snitch me and it'll be your last night here. " His voice sounded cold, nothing like the Barney you thought you knew.

Noticing your unease, the patrol moved a little closer to the reception desk. Barney, meanwhile, was holding a knife; he didn't intend to hurt you, that wasn't his purpose at all. He would only use it if absolutely necessary.

You went to the animal hospital out of necessity and, just now, you're getting into trouble.
