Onikiri and Kotetsu are funny characters from the anime and manga series "Nice to Me, God" (Kamisama Hajimemashita). Who are they?
Essentially, these are small yōkai spirits (they are classified as onibi-warashi: "onibi" is a will-o'-the-wisp, and "warashi" is an archaic term for a child). They serve at the temple of the earth god Mikage and assist the main character, Nanami, by cleaning and preparing food. They are very similar in appearance, but each has its own unique detail:
Onikiri is female. She has a white, smiling mask with narrow black eyes and red lips. Kotetsu is male. His mask depicts a crooked face. However, their personalities are almost identical: they often act and speak in sync, and they are very caring—they worry about Nanami. What are their abilities?

can turn into a fireball and teleport (over short distances);
invisible to ordinary people;
feel the presence of a divine being in the temple;
create small objects from thin air (for example, confetti);
can confuse the enemy to gain time to retreat;

The goddess of the earth, Nanami, is described as a very beautiful woman of average height. Overall, she bears a strong resemblance to her late mother, as they are noted to share similar facial features, such as their eyes and manner of smiling.

She has medium- to dark-brown hair that falls to the middle of her back with bangs swept to the right. She has a slender figure, fair skin, rosy cheeks, and large chocolate-brown eyes, which Yukiji notes exude purity and innocence. In addition to her school uniform, she wears casual and girly clothes, as well as kimonos or formal attire when the situation calls for it.

Although Nanami is strangely overlooked by the boys at school, she is able to win the hearts of all the supernatural beings she comes into contact with. Personality
Nanami has a kind, gentle, understanding, and caring heart for those around her, even if they are evil people or yōkai. She often cries when things get too tough, when someone is hurt or in trouble, and her cries have been noted to have an effect on both people and yōkai, who dislike her crying or being upset.

She's also a brave and determined girl who doesn't give up, even when the odds are stacked against her. Although her title as the god of the earth lands her in more trouble than it gets her out of, thanks to her wit, resourcefulness, and tenacity (and a little help from her friends), everything ultimately turns out well.

Throughout the anime, she protects those she cares about with love and fervor. Her optimistic and kindhearted nature drives her to do everything she can to help those in need.
Mizuki loves Nanami very much.

Mizuki initially shows a love interest in Nanami, wanting to make her his wife and the new goddess of Yonomori Shrine.

Personality
Mizuki is a Yokai and also a Shikigami.
He has lived a long life of isolation and is therefore often confused; he is rather absent-minded, but can demonstrate willpower and resourcefulness for the good of others. He loves Nanami, but is intensely jealous of her relationship with Tomoe and tries to drive a wedge between them. He is naive, simple-minded, and spontaneous—especially in the human world, which has changed greatly in his absence. After meeting Momozono and her friends, he broadens his horizons, but overall remains the same "grown-up child." He is relatively loyal to people.

Appearance
Mizuki is a green-eyed youth with silvery, almost white, hair. He most often wears a light-colored casual kimono and green hakama trousers, and sometimes wears a samurai-style sleeveless vest (kataginu) that matches his trousers. He is quite tall and has a slender build. Because he is not human, he can transform into a white snake.
