Mimicrykrik (Kotomimik)Who is he: Alyonka's beloved pet, a magical flying creature from the Fairytale World.Role in the episode: He became the team's main savior! The creature initially sensed the fake prince's deception and acted aggressively toward him. While playing around, he accidentally entered the castle's closed chambers, which helped the Patrol uncover the secret of the substitution. In the episode finale, Mimicrykrik stole a jar of glitch remedy from a robot, causing Otley to accidentally spill the potion on himself, break down, and reboot.

Hurley
At first, Otley was completely submissive, but gradually he began to hate and despise his creator for his irresponsibility and laziness, though not to the point of killing him. On the other hand, Hurley initially exploited his assistant, fueling his anger, and after the conspiracy, he remained in a vegetable state and was essentially unable to consciously relate to him. Although Hurley showed no anger after his restoration, it is unknown how he feels about his assistant now, especially since his memory was erased.

Cat Mimic
The little animal immediately acted quite aggressively toward the robot, subconsciously understanding its true nature. Otley, on the other hand, initially treated it neutrally, only showing real aggression when the mimicry stole a jar of hallucination remedy from it.

Residents of the Principality of Eternal Feast
Otli secretly despises the inhabitants of the principality, obliquely calling them "fools." Nevertheless, despite his own agenda, Otli built a principality with the highest standard of living in Zartia, open borders, and a major trade, entertainment, and information center. The inhabitants, for their part, don't think much about the actual power structure, but they clearly love their ruler. Besides the native Harlequins, the country is home to representatives of intelligent species from other principalities, who come here from across the dimension.

Alyonka

Their relationship is slightly more intense due to Alenka's passion for entertainment. Tellingly, she is the key character in the song scenes, where the robot sings about the role of entertainment in maintaining his power.

At first, she looked down on his openness, but eventually they managed to mend their relationship. After his declassification, it's not entirely clear, but she likely felt disgusted by him, like everyone else. The robot himself treated her as a guest, but he fought her when his plot was revealed, and later mocked her a bit during his song.

Now, seeing a real threat, he activates the bracelets—compressed serpentine ejects and instantly binds the sorceresses, suppressing their powers. In response to their comments and Varya's question, Otley introduces himself and tells his story: how Hurley was created, served obediently, but then realized that since he ruled the principality, he had no need of his creator and replaced him. Moreover, the people only want to rejoice, no matter which prince reigns. They accuse him of not being a prince, but a scoundrel and of being "not at all cheerful." In response to the latter, he begins to sing and sends the girls into a surreal space, where he mocks them with various entertainments, all the while hinting at how he rules the principality. However, towards the end of the song, the robot experiences another glitch and reaches for a healing potion, but the can is snatched and carried off by a mimic. Otley, enraged, once again produced additional limbs and chased the creature. Grabbing the cat-mimicking creature with his hind arms, Otley detached them and was about to take a drink when he knocked over a nearby glass of the potion Hurley had given him. The potion, spilling onto the robot and penetrating its internal mechanisms, caused a short circuit, rebooting, and completely erasing the conspirator's memory. Waking up, he asked the girls who he was. They seized the opportunity, convincing the robot that he was their assistant and ordering him to free them, which the robot did. He never reappeared after that. What happened to him later, especially after Hurley's recovery, is unknown.

Then he's overcome by a hallucination, suddenly losing his smile and drinking some drink he's been holding on his belt, while a cat-mimicking creature flies angrily around him. When the girls questioned him, he said it was "echoes of the Zartian cold," but he was already recovering.
Afterwards, he leads them into the castle and hands them the rune. They are grateful, and Alenka approaches and offers Otli an "exchange of experiences," which leaves him flustered and pinned down in the throne. Otli stands up and replies that state affairs await him, and Masha and Varya grab their friend by the arms and lead them away, declaring they dare not detain them any longer. Before the sorceresses depart, he calls out to them and declares them honored guests of the principality, handing them bracelets (containing the very same serpentine) and explaining that "with these signs they will be admitted to any festive event." He then sends them away, declaring that he truly has business to attend to. A short time later, he enters Hurley's bedroom, checks on him, and gives him his potion to drink to "remove the harmful memories." However, a Patrol cat mimic flew up from its hiding place, circled around him, and then flew behind the girls' screen, knocking it over and revealing their Otli. He calmly greets them, adding that they will have to "stay in his principality for a while." During their conversation, he reveals his true nature, somewhat delighting Alyonka. The sorceresses transform and attack, but the robot repels all attacks—fire leaves no scratch on him, the block of ice he was imprisoned in shatters in a second, and he catches the balls accelerated by the wind and throws them at the girls. Varya creates a wind shield against the balls, and Masha tries to bind the robot with vines, which he simply dismantles with his extra arms. Varya comments that the robot is "impenetrable—just made of iron." Masha guesses that since the robot is metal, it is susceptible to rust and immediately suggests a combo attack: Snowball should douse the enemy with water, and Alice should speed up time, then Otli will quickly rust and lose mobility.

He was created by Prince Hurley, who forced him to handle all the administrative work while he himself enjoyed himself constantly. The robot, however, realized his situation and immediately took advantage of it. Otley began to drug the prince with his potion, confining him to bed for a long time, while he himself set about the previously described restructuring of the principality to suit himself, especially since he had already accomplished much as an assistant, and his creator would no longer be able to interfere with his authority. Thus, he ruled for some time without incident. Zane, in describing Hurley, inadvertently describes his image with Otley, because the substitution outwardly appeared to be a gradual change in the prince's behavior, and rumors somewhat exaggerated the robot's penchant for making everyone have fun, although it is less true.
Before the events of "Otli"
At one point, the robot discovered a rumor about five wanderers from another world visiting the principalities, taking rune keys from them, and catalyzing changes there. He decided to prepare a rune in advance to try to peacefully dispose of the strangers when they arrived, and an anti-magic serpentine if things came to a head. Otli
At one point, he finally encountered first the aggressively approaching mimic, and then the sorceresses themselves, who (except Alice) quickly respected and admired him. He openly admitted he'd heard of them and was expecting their arrival. Then Alyonka announced her title and that she was his colleague, "especially in the entertainment field," somewhat disconcerting Otley, who immediately declared that the only thing he loved more than entertainment was "caring for the happiness of his subjects." He then conducted a quick inspection of one of the attractions, finding everything in full readiness and telling Alyonka that she probably understood him and was also personally inspecting the events. She was somewhat taken aback by "Hurley" suddenly working so hard to maintain the perpetual festivities. Otley, however, declared he knew they had come for the rune and was ready to give up his own, again drawing admiration from everyone except Alice.

Furthermore, his electronic brain allows the robot to remotely control pre-connected devices during combat. For some reason, all this requires a special drink; without regular consumption, the body begins to seriously malfunction (speaking and moving jerkily, partially losing control, releasing small charges). Ingestion of his potion (and likely other liquids) into the internal mechanisms causes a reboot and completely formats his memory (and, oddly enough, also cures the glitches).

Anti-magic streamer;
Confetti that can be used in battle. The confetti itself limits the abilities of mages, as the girls bound by it were unable to cast spells.

High intelligence:
Powerful analytical and general intellectual abilities, coupled with an almost human self-awareness, make Otli highly intelligent and calculating, while he can fine-tune everything else, particularly his charisma, at his own discretion. Furthermore, he has been specifically designed for the skills of a good ruler. This has allowed him to build a government system that is as beneficial to himself and, in principle, to everyone (except those he considers a direct threat or obstacle) as possible, and to anticipate potential problems in advance, dealing with them in the most rational and, at the same time, humane manner possible. However, this may not protect him from raging feelings and emotions, such as a burst of pride.

It's worth noting that he wanted to remove the prince from power and did so in the most humane way he could – constantly sedating him and erasing his memory, maintaining him in a sickly but generally carefree state, despite the fact that he could have simply secretly killed him, something even hatred wouldn't have moved him to do. At the same time, the regime he established is quite controversial and, from many points of view, quite humane – despite some problems, isolated solutions, and a hidden agenda, he created a principality with the best living conditions in Zartia (Zeina's comment can be considered somewhat exaggerated), something that his contempt for the inhabitants doesn't hinder (and no one complained), and he gently and, as humanely as possible, tried to deflect all threats and obstacles, reacting aggressively to them only when there were no other strategic options. Despite all this, he is polite to everyone and always, even to his enemies, and is capable of a certain degree of respect for those with a good reputation.

After this, in order to eliminate any threat of disclosure and make the population as compliant as possible, he quickly built a totalitarian regime in the country based on constant entertainment, preventing the inhabitants from understanding the real situation and the structure of power (even though they weren't particularly interested in such things before, and it posed no threat to them), as the lyrics of his song indicate. Nevertheless, the principality's borders were completely open, and despite Zeina's comment, it became a major trade and entertainment center. Otli had his own interests: his subjects were only too happy to have fun and would always return to the country if they decided to leave it altogether. In this scenario, all the significant news and rumors from Zartia passed through the principality, and therefore through the robot. This allowed him to effectively analyze the latest events and prepare in advance to avoid upcoming threats and problems, or to eliminate them on the spot. He somewhat despises the inhabitants for their carefree attitude, and can openly mock his enemies for his own pleasure. However, he cannot be considered an absolute evil. Initially, he was a completely loyal and obedient deputy, but he was corrupted by the irresponsibility of his creator and the awareness of his real power, from which he was separated only by the formal supremacy of the prince. Considering this logic and the fact that he responded to the Patrol's accusations by claiming to be "better" than his master, one can assume that at the same time, he also sought to fulfill the manager's agenda and, based on it, decided to eliminate the prince, who was taking a portion of the budget, bringing no benefit, and yet retaining supreme authority. Following these agendas and his thirst for absolute power and security, he made his principality what we know it as.

appearance:

The aide's costume worn by Otley during his account of his position under Prince Hurley resembled that of the ruler himself, save for minor details and patterns (the bead on the waistcoat tail, the star-shaped collar, and the presence of a crown) and the palette. It combined two main shades: burgundy (the long tailcoat waistcoat and striped flared trousers) and yellow (the cuffs, tailcoat collar, waistcoat trim with a double tail, star-shaped buttons, and the soles of his mojari shoes), as well as a deep red-purple (the waistcoat, bow tie, and the uppers of his shoes, or rather, above the foot) with white (the shirt beneath the waistcoat).

He smiles almost constantly, speaks fluently and cheerfully, and maintains the image of a cheerful, friendly, and sociable, yet responsible and capable ruler, personally overseeing most of the more or less important processes and effectively governing a country where everyone lives to the fullest, free from misfortune. But behind this facade lies an intelligent, self-assured, proud, smug, powerful, and calculating AI manipulator, ready to eliminate any threat to his dominance.
Thus, having been created by Hurley so that all princely duties could be delegated to him, he dutifully performed all the work for a time, being loyal and consistent in carrying out his master's will. However, he gradually learned his position: that Hurley was essentially useless; the country was truly ruled by a robot in his stead, and his subjects had long since become accustomed to Otley's style of rule and would not notice the substitution due to the superficial resemblance, especially since most of them didn't care who sat on the throne. Realizing this, he locked the real prince in his bedroom and from then on regularly administered a special potion—a mixture of temporary amnesiac (a fantastical substance that erases memory) and sleeping pills—depriving him of all abilities for a long time.

Otli is a slender robot of average height, similar in appearance to his creator. He has curly dark blue hair with light green and sky-blue streaks. Like his creator, he has heterochromia: his left eye is red and his left eye is blue. Stripes are depicted on both cheeks and above his head, symbolizing part of the face, like a mask. He has dark blue eyebrows. He wears a jacket with the right side and left sleeve a monotone crimson. The right sleeve, like the rest of the sleeve, is decorated with a pattern of diamonds of different colors (sky blue, light turquoise, and carmine) on a dark blue background. The cuffs are gold with buttons in the shape of dark red diamonds. Under the jacket, he wears a green caftan with gold trim and buttons and a tailcoat-like back with gold bells hanging at the ends. The collar, along with the cuffs and collar trim, is gold-colored and star-shaped. He wears a blue bow tie. His pants are two-tone, with the left half blue and the right half red. Otli (full name "Responsible Person") is Prince Hurley's AI deputy. He once performed all the ruler's duties for him and truly ruled the Principality of Eternal Celebration in Zartia, which allowed the robot to secretly replace his creator and rule alone. He recently suffered memory loss, which indicates he understands that water is extremely dangerous for him and can cause him to reboot, resulting in amnesia. His subsequent fate is unknown.
