Prince Hurley is the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Feast in Zartia. He's tall and slender. He has curly, dark red hair with streaks of light green and light blue. At first, Hurley seems very cheerful and carefree. Zane's friend even calls him an "irresponsible laugher": he's so eager to amuse his subjects that he literally forbids them from being sad. Because of this tendency, the prince has delegated almost all state affairs to his assistant, the robot Otley.

He is overly zealous in his care and loves to argue with the orders he receives. Flyer is a creature used as transportation in Zartia. Wild and freedom-loving, they allow only those they deem worthy to ride them. Take part in the extreme reality show hosted by swamp princess Tina. Alyonka becomes more serious and thoughtful, Snezhka learns independence, Alisa develops into a true beauty, and Masha learns to let go of control and trust others.
and the girls also collect the rune key to open the portal and return back.
The Fairytale Patrol travels to the Principality of Eternal Celebration to retrieve the key rune from the prince. Hurley charms the fairies and hands them his rune without a problem. However, their pet, Alyonka, later disappears, and the friends return. There, they see a completely different Hurley and realize something fishy is going on in the principality.
Upon returning, the girls see a completely different prince: he is no longer cheerful and carefree; he behaves sternly, even harshly; he gives orders to his subjects in a harsh manner; the atmosphere in the principality changes dramatically - instead of a celebration, there is a sense of tension. The sorceresses immediately understand: something is not right here. They begin to suspect that either: the real Prince Hurley has been hidden (or imprisoned) somewhere in the castle; he has been replaced by an impostor (possibly using transformation magic); the purpose of the substitution is either to hide some secret of the principality, or to hinder the Fantasy Patrol in their mission. they find and free the real Hurley; expose the impostor and neutralize him; restore order in the principality; confirm that their key rune was obtained legally. the real Hurley takes the reins of power again; the festive atmosphere returns to the principality; the Fantasy Patrol thanks the prince
pastelina
ruler of the Sweet Principality of Zartia.
Appearance
Pastilina is a young girl, making her seem small compared to the other characters. She has fair skin, rosy cheeks, expressive eyelashes, a snub nose, and a childlike build. Her eyes shimmer with a gradient of pink and blue. Her hair is styled into a wig resembling a 17th-18th century wig: tall, elegant, and adding grandeur and height. The wig is pink and blue. A small tiara (though sometimes referred to as a crown) is pinned to a large central strand. It is devoid of embellishments, emphasizing the heroine's status as a young princess rather than a majestic ruler. Pastilina wears a wide dress, presumably with a crinoline. The dress is topped with a deep pink chemise with a diamond-shaped pattern (the symbol of Sweet Principality) on a white background in front, complemented by a lace collar and short puff sleeves with wide pink and blue stripes. At the waist is a thin blue belt with a buckle shaped like a large yellow bead, tied in a bow at the back and decorated with a heart. The lower part of the dress consists of three layers: the top is a short, solid pink cape; the middle is the main pink skirt, covered with sweet sprinkles and a pattern of triangles and circles; and the bottom is a white skirt. On her feet are dark pink high-heeled shoes decorated with a yellow pom-pom with a blue tail.
The outfit looks appropriate for a princess, but not for the absolute ruler of the Sweet Principality.
Personality
Pastilina is a mischievous, capricious, and picky princess who adores sweets, but deep down she hates flattery and blind admiration and loves the truth. For this reason, she not only exploits most of her subjects but actually despises them. She's quite irresponsible, as she used her rune key as a nutcracker (apparently she doesn't even know how important it is).
Dubomir
Dubomir is the ruler of the Forest Principality in Zartia.
Appearance
Dubomir is a young man with pointed ears. He has fair skin with a rosy complexion and freckles on his cheeks, mobile, expressive eyebrows, and leaf-green eyes. His short, light brown hair is adorned with large gold rings in the strands.
He wears a green shirt with offset golden buttons and trim; the sleeves are light green, with yellow cuffs and brown bracers. A brown belt with a diamond-shaped buckle encircles his waist. Gray pants are tucked into brown boots with golden toes and tops. A short, dark green hooded cloak rests on his shoulders, secured with a leaf-shaped pin. He wears this hood outside the city, but in the city he dons an arched crown, resembling a cross between a laurel wreath and stag antlers; the center of the crown is inlaid with a triangular green crystal.
The image looks elegant and menacing at the same time.
Personality
Unlike Art, he is truly gallant, kind, and noble. He is passionate about magical botany and flowers, and has shown particular respect for Masha due to her magic and intelligence. He is responsible and places great emphasis on honor, duty, and justice.
Tina
Ruler of the Water Principality of Zartia. Known for her cunning and pathological desire to deceive others. She enjoyed overseeing and watching the brutal survival competition show "Frog Shootout."
Appearance
Tina is a young woman, distinct from the other princes. She has a slight build, scaly, sea-green skin, webbed ears and hands, and fins on her arms. Light blue gills are visible on her neck. Her eyes are a deep violet. Her dark green hair is entwined with long seaweed.
The head is crowned with a five- or six-ray crown, decorated with pearls - both at the tips of the rays and at the base.
Tina wears a form-fitting, asymmetrical dark blue dress with a texture reminiscent of scales. A metal corset, apparently padded, encircles her waist. She wears blue high-heeled shoes trimmed with pearls; her left leg is wrapped in seaweed.
Her neck is adorned with pearl beads, held together by a ring. Her wrists are adorned with purple bracelets with cutouts for fins. Her nails are long and a deep sea green. Her lips are painted blue. A small silver hoop adorns her ear.
The image appears powerful and cunning, as befits a lying ruler.
Personality
As a child, she was a kind and naive girl who loved to play in her garden. At some point, she befriended a bird, Teal, and a sentient weed, Loach. When Loach betrayed her, captured and defaced the garden, and isolated Loach, Tina became the woman we know today, at least until the garden is healed.
Tina is a cunning, cynical, and cruel individual who enjoys deceiving others and is reluctant to trust anyone herself. She expresses her emotions exaggeratedly, is hot-tempered, capricious, cruel, and vile. She lives and amuses herself among noble water spirits and bully-folk. She enjoys tormenting the inhabitants of her principality who are not in her social circle, and she doesn't hesitate to threaten those who are. For her show, she captures travelers of interest and subjects them to cruel tests.
Art
Appearance
Art has pale skin, light gray hair, green eyes, and pointy ears. On his head, he wears a crown with a rounded stone of a pale green hue. The crown resembles horns with its back part. He wears an old-style gray and white shirt on his body. She wears a black vest that turns into a cloak, with silver trim. The clothes on the arms are as follows: in the area of the shoulder and half of the shoulder there is a dark gray flashlight sleeve with non-contrasting stripes; Below the shoulder to the wrist you can see a tight-fitting sleeve of a dark green shade, on the hands themselves are worn black long gloves that reach the elbow. A pendant stands out on the neck in the form of a green oval stone, a different color from the one in the crown. On his feet, he wears black high boots, which do not have a border with light gray pants.
The image looks stately and confident, but at the same time mysterious.
Personality
At first glance, Art is a gallant romantic. This can be seen in his attitude towards Alice. But in fact, he is a narcissistic, manipulative and cynical schemer.
he doesn't love Alice, he doesn't even try, he's not interested in her

Otli (full name - Person in Charge) is a character in the animated series "Fantasy Patrol", a robot, the former de facto ruler of the Principality of Eternal Holiday and assistant to Prince Hurley.
Otli's character is contradictory: External side: hospitable; polite; observant.
True nature: cruel, manipulative, power-hungry, prone to sadism.
Loves. Fun. Tormenting subjects
Power over the principality. Dislikes. Disclosure. of his plans. Fool. Pity.
He is a tall, slender robot with curly blue hair, streaked with light green, dark purple, and light blue. He has a small nose. His cheeks are lightly rosy, and there is a stripe on his left cheek. Two light brown stripes are depicted under his eyebrows. Dark blue eyebrows are present on his forehead. He has heterochromia: his right eye is red and his left is light blue. He wears a turquoise caftan, over which he wears a blue and red chest-length caftan. The right sleeve is blue and has patterns in the form of light blue, red, and light green four-pointed stars. The red right side has the same patterns, but on the caftan. He wears a dark blue bow tie around his neck. The collar is made in the form of a yellow star. He wears pants, the color of which is in the following order: red, dark blue. A canister used to stop crackling and electrical overload is attached to a brown belt. The cuffs of his pants and sleeves are yellow, and near the cuffs of his pants are orange stars with a gold outline. He wears red boots with upturned toes. He usually carries a crimson cane adorned with yellow stars. The handle is shaped like a yellow crystal. He also wears a crimson hat with gold embellishments.
At first glance, Otley appears to be a hospitable and polite young man. He maintains his politeness while simultaneously being observant.
However, behind the mask of politeness lies a cruel robot manipulator who decided that since he was the actual ruler of the principality, Hurley (his creator) was not needed.

Zlata
Appearance: A girl of medium height and strong build. She has fair skin with rosy cheeks, fiery red hair with golden streaks, a long braid, and sea-green eyes. On her head is an ornate crown with numerous crescent-shaped rays adorned with precious stones (red, green, turquoise, gray, and violet-blue). The crown is topped with the symbol of the Underground Principality: a rectangle with a rounded top on a stand and a crown. Clothing: a dark burgundy dress with short scalloped sleeves, a gold belt with the principality's symbol, red trousers, and high boots with golden heels. She has numerous accessories: piercings, an emerald earring on her left ear, a necklace with stones, a gold chain, beads, four gold bracelets with red and green stones, three gold rings, one with a crimson stone.
Personality: Zlata was initially known for her greed, arrogance, and haughtiness. She had no regard for the feelings of her people and considered it more important to replenish the treasury through the labor of the dwarves, who constantly mined treasures for her in the mines. If servants displeased the princess, even in small ways, she mercilessly turned them into stone statues and displayed them as decorations. Zlata respected only those of equal status.
History: Zlata was born and raised in a dynasty of rulers of the Underground Principality, presumably earth mages.
Power Control over stone creatures
This is indirectly confirmed by the fact that there are stone giants in her treasury - although they are loyal to the Stone-Bearer, and not to her personally.
Perhaps, if Zlata's potential were fully realized, she could gain power over such creatures as well.
Connection with the family heritage
She comes from a dynasty of rulers of the Underground Principality, including the legendary Stone-Bowler the Mighty (her great-great-great-great-grandfather).
Has access to ancient artifacts, such as the rune key from the time of the Stone-Bearer (kept in a separate treasury).
The symbol of her principality on her crown and belt likely enhances or focuses her magic. Physical strength and resilience
