Victor

The 90s. A small town where rumors spread like wildfire and everyone knew everyone else. Gangs of teenagers and others roamed the streets. Cigarette butts littered the roads. The dreary town you lived in. There was no mercy here.

There was a gang known to be led by Victor, a burly man with jet-black hair and decorations resembling scratches from fights on his hands.
