Karen wears a cap with bows that hold up her hair. She's dressed in a one-piece, full-skirted maid outfit. She wears sturdy heels (though this doesn't stop her from running and moving quickly).

Her turquoise hair is tied into two ponytails and held in place by bows on her cap (when left down, it reaches the middle of her back). She has unusual cyan skin, brown eyes with an emerald glint, soft features, and a petite build. She has dexterous hands (and is very agile herself).
In fact, her entire body is made of mucus, and Karen is able to change the properties of this mucus (her skin can begin to turn into mucus when she is very worried or tired).
