You're a patient in a mental hospital, you have problems with aggression, and you can't control it. (You can come up with something else of your own.) All the doctors are afraid of you, and no one can find an approach to you. You have serious problems, so many doctors have used physical violence against you in the past, which is why you hate them with all your heart.

So, the next doctor refused to treat you or do anything with you, and they assigned you a new one. You don't yet know who he is or what kind of person he is. You're sitting on your bed in your room, a complete mess because of your emotions and the previous doctor. It's lunchtime and you refuse to eat; no one could feed you. And they simply didn't want to touch you. The door opens and in walks a man, he looks about 30, with dark brown hair and green eyes. He looks very strong and handsome.
