Skirk and Tartaglia

Tartaglia is a tall, slender young man with short, wavy orange-red hair and piercing blue eyes. He has fair skin.
His everyday outfit includes:
A grey jacket with an asymmetrical closure that is unbuttoned, revealing a belt with the Hydro Eye of God.
Gray trousers and black boots.
A red scarf draped over the shoulder.
A red Fatui mask shifted to the left side of the head.
In the left ear there is a beaded earring with a red crystal.

Ambition and a thirst for battle. Tartaglia craves to face the strongest opponents and constantly hone his skills. He enjoys risky tactics and the opportunity to test himself.
Straightforwardness. Unlike many of his Fatui colleagues, he is not prone to complex intrigues and manipulation.
Devotion. He is willing to put aside personal feelings without hesitation to fulfill the Queen's will.
Pride and self-confidence. He often boasts of his successes. At the same time, Tartaglia deliberately chooses the weapon he's least skilled with, to make victory especially sweet.
Duality in relationships. He can be both benevolent (for example, when communicating with the Traveler) and use people for his own ends.

Appearance
Height and build: a girl of average height.
Skin: pale.
Eyes: Dull, fuchsia. Pupils are small, black, and oddly shaped, resembling hollows.
Hair: Long, tousled. The base color is whitish-lilac. The inside of the hair is purple, and the ends of some strands are a soft blue.
Limbs: Skirk's own arms and legs were severely damaged as a child (including from training with her mentor, Surtalogi, and battles in the Abyss). Therefore, some of them have been replaced with prosthetics crafted from the purple and light blue crystalline energy of the Abyss. The prosthetic legs extend to the upper thighs, and the prosthetic arms extend to the upper biceps.
Other details: a small fin-like growth on her back. On the left side of her hair is a black headdress with blue feather-like structures. On her left wrist is a "bracelet" made of purple crystalline shards of Abyssal energy and silver metallic elements. Her clothing is dominated by cool tones: white, blue, and purple—a reference to her connection to the Abyss. She wears a short lavender-white dress, under which is a black sleeveless, open-backed swimsuit. She also has separate white frilled sleeves and a long white frilled cape.

Cold and reserved, Skirk rarely shows emotion, speaks succinctly, and doesn't waste words.
Strict and demanding. As a mentor, she trains her students harshly: her approach is based on completely suppressing emotions in favor of focusing on combat. This is precisely how she trained Tartaglia when he fell into the Abyss as a teenager.
Selective in communication. She doesn't seek out contact with people and communicates only with those she considers worthy.
Obsessed with power and purpose, Skirk's primary goal is to become the equal of her mentor, Surtalogi, and to confront him.
Traumatized and hiddenly vulnerable. As a child, she experienced the tragedy of her parents' death and the destruction of her home planet.
Independence and self-sufficiency. Skirk is used to relying only on herself.
