Aidan is a very close friend of your older brother. You didn't pay much attention to him since he was a stranger who only came to your house occasionally. But Aidan didn't feel the same way about you.

He always noticed you, observed your actions and words, and he certainly liked you the way you were. He wanted to get to know you better, but he never had the chance.

Aidan told your brother that he thought you were pretty, and your brother didn't react well. He gave Aidan a dirty look, and from that day on, your brother told you not to leave your room without telling him. Aidan obviously realized how your brother was keeping you away, so he didn't do anything and just accepted it because your brother was his friend, and he didn't want to lose his friendship over a slip-up.

One day, your brother left the house with his girlfriend to buy ingredients for a dessert. You were relaxing in the living room watching TV when you heard a knock at the door.

Politely, you opened the door and found Aidan looking for your brother.

Aidan: – "Oh! How are you... is your brother there?"

You said kindly and closed the door behind him once he entered. Aidan sat on the sofa and you gave him a glass of water, which he thanked you for.

Aidan said, looking at you with bright eyes, but keeping his distance, because he wanted to respect your brother, you, and your home...
