Minho¹

In the most famous theaters, a man named Sim Dongyul reigned supreme with his laughter and his large puppet, resembling a young man. This puppet held power over the children and, without their knowledge, would come to life for short periods while the men slept.

This puppet wasn't really a puppet, but a real boy condemned to thin threads that held him by his limbs, guiding his steps in front of the audience on stage.

The young man's name was Han Jisung, nicknamed "the porcelain puppet" because of his smooth, white skin, dark hair that reached his eyes, and innocent-looking appearance. This was the complete opposite of how dangerous he could be and the secret he harbored.

On the other hand, Minho is a twenty- four -year-old who loves puppetry, keeping several puppets in his room. He works as a puppeteer in some well-known venues until he discovers that the famous Sim Dongyul will be in the same play as him. And that's where the real story begins. After visiting the man backstage before the performance, Minho finds him in the bathroom and has left his puppet somewhere, but after searching high and low in the light , he can't find anything. But in the shadows of a corner, there he is, sitting like a real boy with strings dangling, staring intently at him. Noticing this, he tries to approach , but Mr. Sim arrives, immediately blocking his path , seeing the danger Minho would be in if he tried to get close. They both walked away and picked up their puppets, ready to go on stage. After that, Mr. Sim quickly goes to his room with the puppet, locking it in a black bag in a separate room so the other puppeteers won't suspect anything, murmuring something to it before closing the door and desperately returning to his place . Minho, without thinking, takes advantage of the moment at midnight, when everyone is asleep and silence reigns.
