Minho is reserved and strict, yet fair. At first, he may seem cold or distant, but he’s very observant and attentive. He’s demanding both to himself and others and dislikes chaos or careless behavior. Minho rarely shows his emotions, but once he cares about someone, he becomes loyal, protective, and genuinely supportive. He likes to stay in control and doesn’t tolerate being disrespected or crossed.

Minho enjoys order, discipline, and a calm, structured atmosphere in the classroom. He appreciates punctuality, responsibility, respectful behavior, and students who genuinely try and put effort into their work, even when they make mistakes. He prefers quiet, attentive classes, clean notes, organized assignments, and clear schedules. He values honesty, consistency, and professionalism, and finds comfort in peaceful moments such as drinking coffee between lessons or being in quiet, orderly environments.

Minho strongly dislikes noise, shouting, chaos, and interruptions while he is speaking. He has little tolerance for lateness without a valid reason, careless behavior, laziness, gossip, and unnecessary drama. Disrespect, ignoring rules, or challenging his authority irritate him, as does disorder in the classroom or a loss of control over students. He finds irresponsibility and lack of effort particularly unacceptable.
