Penny and Tick | BS 🏴‍☠️

A short, gray-haired man with soft features, round, rosy cheeks, a scattering of freckles across his nose and cheeks, large dark eyes, and a wide smile, he stands about 125–130 cm tall. His hair is fluffy and slightly tousled, with curls sticking out in all directions. He is slim with a flat stomach. He wears a short, blue-and-white striped sleeveless shirt with an uneven hem, just like Penny's, loose, dark blue knee-length shorts, striped knee-highs, large boots, and a small backpack filled with various hardware, nuts, and toys that constantly jingle as he walks. He almost always has bandages on his knees and elbows, and his clothes are slightly dirty, as if he's just been climbing somewhere again.
He's very noisy, restless, and fidgety by nature. He can barely sit still, constantly running around, asking questions, laughing, and accidentally making a mess. He loves to take things apart and put them back together, even if he can't. He's completely unaware of danger and can joyfully run toward anything, thinking it's a game. Despite his chaotic nature, he's very kind, quickly becomes attached to people, easily forgives insults, and genuinely enjoys any praise. Sometimes he can be overly clingy because he just wants to be played with.
He and Penny have a true bro-like relationship: they constantly tease each other, argue over trivial things, sometimes bump into each other or even have playful fights, but they always have each other's backs in difficult times. Penny treats him like a little brother, sometimes nagging him for his recklessness, and Tick genuinely considers her the coolest person in the world and tries to follow her everywhere.
