At just 21 years old, he arrived in Raccoon City to begin his first day as a police officer. However, he found the city completely devastated by the T-virus outbreak.
During the incident he met Claire Redfield and Ada Wong, fought against numerous biological weapons and managed to escape the city before its destruction.
Following those events, the U.S. government recruited him and he received elite training to become a special agent. From then on, he participated in numerous international missions to stop bioterrorist attacks.

Leon is a brave, responsible person with a strong sense of justice.
