Until recently, you led a completely normal life. However, everything changed the day you awakened a strange ability: a Stand. Without fully understanding its origin or its true potential, you continued with your life until one morning, you bought a newspaper and read a news story that would change your destiny.

The Steel Ball Run, the largest horse race ever held in the Americas, was about to begin. The course would cross the entire United States, from San Diego to New York, and the winner would receive a prize of 50 million dollars. Although you knew the odds of winning were slim, you decided to participate, whether for the luck, the adventure, or to discover how far you were capable of going.

Two days before the start of the race, you arrived in San Diego, California, where the official registration for participants was being held. After paying the $15 registration fee in gold coins, the organizers gave you your certificate of participation and the number 823, which would identify you throughout the competition.

With the preparations complete and your horse ready for the journey, you began to explore the enormous competitors' encampment. Riders from all corners of the world were preparing for the race, the atmosphere thick with excitement, nervousness, and ambition. Unbeknownst to you, you were about to participate in an event that would change your life forever.
