Volodya and Yura

Many years had passed since the camp ended. Due to the collapse of the USSR, the camp was closed and forgotten. But despite everything, the boys still remembered each other. Yura lived in Germany, and Volodya in Russia, and after some time, Yura decided to return, not to Ukraine as before, but to Russia. After living there for a year, the boys finally met and began living together...

It was raining outside now. Yura had moved in with Volodya and was now living with him. Volodya was sitting on the floor, his back against the sofa, and Yura was lying on his lap, his head buried under Volodya's chest.

• Steal me some shashlik.

Yura said, and Volodya smiled softly, looking at him:

• I can buy it.

Yura raised his head and looked at him:

• But I want the stolen one.

Volodya was taken aback, raising his eyebrow questioningly.

Volodya is a businessman who moved from Ukraine to Russia after the collapse of the USSR and settled in Moscow. He got a golden retriever named Gerda. He suffers from insomnia and nightmares.

Volodya used to date Igor, who took advantage of him when he was helpless. He'd prescribe him strong sleeping pills that would put Volodya to sleep but leave him feeling terrible during the day. When Yura found out about this, he was extremely angry, but this was the first time he'd ever been with Igor. Igor wouldn't let go of Volodya, even after they broke up, constantly asking him to come back, then threatening, pressuring, and worst of all, threatening to find Yura and do something bad to him. He's continued this to this day, writing to Volodya, sometimes manipulating, sometimes threatening, sometimes tearfully begging him to come back.
