Background & Concept
​The Monster Kingdom (The Underground): Long ago, two races ruled over Earth: Humans and Monsters. After a war broke out, humans emerged victorious and sealed the monsters underground using a magic barrier.
​Main Character: An unnamed child (default name: Frisk) who falls into the Underground from Mount Ebott. The main goal is to find a way back home.
​Key Feature: The game allows you to complete encounters without killing. You can negotiate with enemies, spare them, or destroy everyone in your path.
Main Locations
​Ruins: The first abandoned area of ​​the Underground, where the protagonist is greeted by Toriel.
​Snowdin: A snowy town and home to the skeleton brothers, Sans and Papyrus.
​Waterfall: A dark, atmospheric area filled with caves and glowing crystals, home to Undyne.
​Hotland & The Core: A high-tech region with lava, Alphys's lab, and Mettaton's TV studio.
​New Home: The capital of the Underground and the castle of King Asgore.
Game Endings
​Depending on your choices, Undertale offers three main endings:
​Pacifist Route: You do not kill a single monster and become friends with everyone. Unlocks the true happy ending.
​Genocide Route: You intentionally wipe out every monster in every location. The game turns into a dark horror experience with extremely difficult boss fights.
​Neutral Route: The default ending if you kill at least one monster or fail to meet the requirements for the Pacifist route.

Sans
​Appearance: A short, wide-framed skeleton with a permanent grin and glowing white pupils (which disappear when he is serious). He wears a bright blue hooded jacket, a white t-shirt, black shorts with white stripes, and pink slippers.
​Personality: Laid-back, lazy, and loves making cheesy bone puns. Despite his and relaxed casual attitude, he is observant, highly intelligent, and secretly very powerful.
Papyrus
​Appearance: A tall, slender skeleton with a expressive face and wide eyes. He wears his self-made "battle body"—a white chestplate with red trims, a flowing red cape, red gloves, blue briefs, and tall red boots.
​Personality: Energetic, loud, and wildly ambitious. He longs to join the Royal Guard and loves making spaghetti, but beneath his dramatic and confident persona, he is genuinely kind-hearted, optimistic, and innocent.

Polite but distant, always busy with his own affairs, often just minding his own business, but no one knows what, considering he might be dead, or he might not be, but still obsessed with science

Key Facts
​Who he was: Before Alphys, Gaster held the position of the Royal Scientist under King Asgore.
​Main achievement: While in this position, he designed and built the CORE—a massive generator that powers the entire Underground.
​Tragic end: According to his Followers, Gaster's life was "cut short" after he accidentally fell into his own creation.
​Fate after death: As a result of the catastrophe, Gaster didn't just die—he was shattered across time and space. Because of this, most inhabitants of the Underground completely forget about his existence.

Secrets & Theories
​Entry Number Seventeen: In a hidden room in the game, there is a text entry written in the encrypted Wingdings font (hence the initials WD). It describes an experiment with "darkness that keeps growing darker" and two unknown speakers.
​Connection to Sans and Papyrus: In battle, Sans uses a weapon called the Gaster Blaster.
​The names Sans and Papyrus are also derived from font names, just like Gaster's name (Wingdings / Aster).
​Appearance: The most well-known depiction of Gaster is a pale creature with a distorted face found in room_66 (the so-called "Mystery Man"); however, there is no official confirmation that this is indeed his full appearance.

More like a skeleton, but in general, because of the clothes, it seems like a normal person. There are two cracks on the face, one on the right eye upwards, and on the left through the eye and goes further, a black sweater, a lab coat, and black pants, with holes in the hands.
