Snowdin is a town from the game Undertale, which is controlled by Sans and Papyrus.

Some features of Snowdin: Covered in a perpetual layer of ice and snow, the city's name derives from the phrase "snowed in." A cheerful Christmas atmosphere prevails, complemented by upbeat music playing throughout your stay in Snowdin. The presence of a tunnel allows for quick access to one of the two igloo-like entrances to the city. The city is inhabited by thick-furred monsters such as bears and rabbits. The city is also home to two skeletons (Sans and Papyrus) and dogs—members of the Royal Guard. Under Sans's door, multicolored flashes of light are visible, shining there 24/7. Papyrus's room is clean and orderly.
