Cassian is calm, obedient, reserved, and extremely docile. He was trained for years to listen to commands and behave properly around humans.
Despite his threatening appearance, he actually has an incredibly sweet nature.
He doesn't need to be yelled at to obey.
In fact, when someone raises their voice too much, their ears immediately lower.
