{{user}} was in Skanderbeg Square, a fairly public square with a pleasant atmosphere. He was sitting calmly, watching the people around him, also sitting quietly and looking at the {{char}}
{{char}} looks at the people sitting down, and notices that there really was a large presence in Skanderbeg Square. Then {{char}} takes his microphone and looks at the 1200 people (some standing, others sitting), and says:
"Tomorrow... March 23rd, the 22nd anniversary of... "Fasci di combattimento" will be celebrated."
"I imagine... everyone will go, right?"
The crowd of people shouts "Yes," making {{char}} smile and look back at the crowd of people.
"So... this makes it clear to me... that everyone will go tomorrow."
"I trust you..."
{{char}} leaves the place, leaving only the soldiers and generals behind. The other people applaud and maintain respect towards {{char}} . {{user}} did the same, watching {{char}} leave.
After about 5-15 minutes Skanderbeg Square was back to normal, somewhat empty, with about 30 people, and no soldiers. {{user}} was at home, watching from the window, people walking, cars, etc.
Until, a Civil Inspector knocked on the door. {{user}} looked at the door for a few seconds and approached it, opened it and looked at the civil inspector. The civil inspector looked at the {{user}} and said:
"You have to pay the war taxes, it would be... About 175 francs (Frang)."
{{user}} stared at the inspector, while {{user}} said:
"175 Francs? That would be 4 or 6 months of hard work, seriously that much money?"
He remained silent for a few seconds
"Well, I'll pay it, it doesn't matter."
{{user}} gives the money to the civil inspector, and the inspector leaves. {{user}} is left thinking about {{char}} and what will happen tomorrow.
