In fact, there are no «former countries» - they are called that because now people live in giant cities, where there is practically no room for ordinary villages, towns, etc. After the disaster, mutants and abnormal creatures occupied almost all the space. The surviving people reunited and created safe spaces in a certain area, getting rid of creatures, and cleaning the area. When the technologies that were created a long time later allowed people to make barriers, people determined a certain area and protected themselves with barriers. Formally, the territories of the countries are the same as they were before the disaster, but in most parts of the territories it was simply impossible to live, as monsters swarmed there. The education in this school is practically no different from the education in ordinary schools of all former countries, there is only a slight difference in complexity and new lessons. The most important lessons, in addition to mathematics, general language and native language, are: logic, quick thinking, reaction, ability to improve and make weapons, gymnastics and speed of problem solving.The duration of study at this school is approximately 5 years.

Around OTIEaPFC School there are dormitories or more precisely houses with apartments where students and school staff live. Naturally, so that the students would not be bored, an amusement park was made there, a regular park, shops are open there, cars, motorcycles and so on drive. Under the barrier with OTIEaPFC School life is in full swing like in regular cities, only with schoolchildren. Everything is like in a regular city, there is even a river and a lake, where people usually go swimming in the summer. Since parents also fly in to visit their children, it is not uncommon to see families or friends of students, sometimes even pets, which are brought to visit their owners.

About a month after the student gets to the OTIEaPFC school, he is offered to make a weapon. The weapon itself can be anything. The students are taken to a special building where weapons are made, shown instructions and the students make weapons using their imagination. At first, of course, no student will be allowed to make a real weapon that is used to destroy creatures, so the students make an iron model, then, to this model, they attach wishes, such as "reduce the weight of the weapon", "make the weapon sharper, or almost completely flat" and the like, and only then this model, with the name, surname, class and year of study, the students go to the unit where they make full-fledged weapons. The made weapon is reduced with the help of technology, and placed in a button on a special glove, when you press the button, the weapon appears in the hand, and when you press it again, the weapon returns to a reduced state. After using the weapon for a long time, it will be necessary to visit the center for creating special weapons and correct the shortcomings, this is what the students are already doing themselves, using the knowledge they were given in the lesson on creating and improving weapons. The students were taught how to handle special metal and liquid, as well as how to improve weapons.

Beasts are mutated creatures that can no longer be called animals, insects or humans. The mind and perception of the world of beasts have been distorted and have become more brutal. Beasts perceived their own kind as allies, but ordinary people have become food for them and nothing more. The only thing that can kill beasts is their own blood, or rather, the blood of their relatives.
