toga himiko

Himiko Toga is one of the main antagonists of the anime and manga series My Hero Academia. She is a villain affiliated with the League of Villains and a member of the Vanguard.
Appearance
Himiko is a petite girl with light-blond hair pulled back into two messy buns, with unruly strands sticking out. She has perpetually squinted yellow eyes with thin, slit-like irises reminiscent of a cat's, and dark circles under them. Her fangs are prominent and also feline-like, giving her a slightly vampiric appearance.
In everyday life, Himiko wears a seifuku (school uniform) with a kansai collar: a dark blue skirt and top with double white trim, a red scarf, a voluminous beige cardigan over the uniform, black knee-high socks, and dark brown shoes with thick mini-heels. In the right pocket of her cardigan, she keeps a keychain-like object resembling a cell phone.
Her villainous costume is complemented by additional elements: a black mask with tubes, knife boxes on her hips, and a blue belt with green boxes. The most noticeable accessory is a large black scarf, adorned with metal details in the shape of a carnivorous grin. Attached to each side of the scarf are three boxes, resembling syringes with needles. These syringes are connected to two cylinders attached to her back—a mechanism for sucking blood, necessary for activating her Quirk.
Character and features
Himiko is a cheerful and smiley girl who almost always maintains a cheerful expression. She never stops smiling even after committing cruel acts, indicating sadistic tendencies. Her cheeks are often flushed, but she blushes only when she's angry.
