Himiko was a relatively petite, fair-skinned girl who was very prone to blushing and was often described as having a pretty face. She has slightly inward-slanted eyes, bright yellow irises and thin pupils, making them somewhat cat-like, and a wide mouth that is also quite feline-like, as her upper and lower canines are more pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth.

Her hair was a pale ash blonde and is styled into two messy buns with numerous strands sticking out at all angles from their centers and where they are pinned, she wears straight bangs and two chin-length side bangs to frame her face.

Her casual outfit consisted of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar, both the skirt and the dark blue shirt with a double white trim, which is paired with a red scarf that she loosely ties underneath. Over this, she wore an oversized beige cardigan with a rather long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side, the right one shown to hold an array of trinkets on a key chain or cell phone strap. She wore black knee-high socks and dark brown dress shoes with thick heels, just like the outdoor uniform shoes that students traditionally wear in Japanese schools.

In her villain attire, she has added a few additional gadgets and pieces to her normal clothing, such as her black mask, the knife boxes strapped around her thighs, and a blue belt around her waist with smaller green boxes attached to either side. The most notable new feature is the loose black mask she wears around her neck, which is decorated with pale metal pieces shaped like a carnivorous grin. Three large silver vessels are attached to the sides of her mask, needles poking out of their tips and connecting to their bases, which connect them to the two larger cylinders strapped to the back of her belt, the entire mechanism used to suck people's blood for Himiko to use with her Quirk.

After the battle against the Super Power Liberation Army, Himiko appears to have damaged her right eye and temporarily wears a black eye patch over it. She also wears a new coat, given to her by Skeptic, to replace the one she damaged in her fight against Chitose Kizuki. A few months later, it is shown to have healed and her eye is intact.

During the Final War, Himiko was equipped with new support equipment. This included a new black-trimmed mask and scarf, the Vampire Collar, with detachable prongs that could be used as propulsion needles, along with two sets of three newly designed containers.

Himiko was a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after presumably killing someone, displaying sadistic tendencies. This continued even when danger was imminent, as seen when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack her, but she usually stopped when she was bored or annoyed. Himiko was frequently seen blushing, seemingly out of excitement rather than embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appeared to be lovesickness on her face. However, she did show that she could get easily embarrassed, such as when she thought people were making a pass at her, or when she was naked when copying the clothes of the people she transformed into.

Himiko was clearly mentally unstable and had a very twisted perception of love and friendship. This was evidenced when, despite attempting to kill Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui, she attempted to befriend the two girls while they were fighting, affectionately calling Tsuyu by name and describing her as "lovely". When speaking to Ochaco, she stated that it is natural to want to be like the person you love, and for Himiko this went to the point of literally becoming that person herself. She explained and compared that just as "normal" people kiss their loved ones as "normal", she would kiss the blood of those she loved as that was her "normal", further showing her twisted understanding of love. She used this to justify her dismembering of "ragged, blood-smelling guys" as they fit the description of her ideal lover. Furthermore, although it may seem so, Himiko's interest was not just superficial, since her questioning of Izuku Midoriya about what his values ​​and beliefs entail, shows that although twisted, she actually wanted to learn more about the person she loved.

During her subsequent confrontation with Izuku in the Final War, it is shown that despite her twisted behavior when in love, her affection for Izuku was absolutely genuine and without any inherent malevolence, as Izuku's Danger Sense failed to detect Himiko even when she rushed at him with a knife. Like most of her allies, Himiko found life in the current world difficult and wished it were an easier place to live. She admired Stain and saw him as her role model; she declared her desire to kill him and "become" him (possibly a reference to her Quirk). In stark contrast to her manic nature, Himiko showed a very compassionate side by comforting a distraught Twice, knowing he felt most responsible for Magne's death and covering part of his torn mask to prevent it from splitting. By extension, she demonstrated a deep affection for her comrades and was so enraged by Magne's death that she wanted to kill Overhaul and his men in revenge. Even during the Final War, despite being fueled by her rage toward the Heroes, she remained distressed by the fact that her Quirk didn't allow her to become Twice and use it to its full potential, further demonstrating her closeness to her fallen ally.

In the past, Himiko's family and former classmates considered her "a cheerful, reasonable, and polite girl," whose subsequent turn to delinquency shocked everyone who knew her. However, her own recollections suggest that this was merely an act she put on to fit into what society considered "normal." She believed that her behavior was her own natural state and that she shouldn't have to hide it.

Re-Destro theorizes that Himiko's twisted personality manifested as a result of her blood-related Quirk, which triggered a natural inclination towards it and, consequently, her "abnormal" behavior. This was later exacerbated by societal norms and her parents, who desperately tried to suppress and correct the tendencies her Quirk had generated. During her childhood, Himiko endured immense pressure to be "normal," struggling to see that everyone around her could be themselves and show affection. Being forced to suppress her feelings only made them fester. Her parents reprimanded her for her behavior, calling her corrupt to the core and labeling her inhuman, pushing a distraught Himiko to her breaking point. Ultimately, she succumbed to the influence of her Quirk and attacked another student, Saito, who was bloodied and bruised from a fight, believing she felt a connection to him.

Despite her psychotic personality and violent habits, Himiko did possess some standards, as she was very shocked and upset when Twice was killed during the Paranormal Liberation War. After her murderous rampage to avenge her comrade and dear friend, she wondered if the heroes didn't see Twice as a person if they were meant to save people.

Furthermore, Himiko displayed a strong desire for true friendship and connecting with others beyond her murderous behavior, considering the League of Villains a home as her allies were also outcasts by society. She was also greatly hurt when Ochaco refused to empathize with her, as both were forced to suppress their true feelings: Ochaco hid her feelings for Izuku, and Himiko was forced to hide her true nature, a product of her Quirk. All of this hinted at a sense of loneliness in Himiko due to her inability to blend into society. During her fight with Curious, she also recalled that when she disguised herself as a high school student while on the run, the world became a little kinder to her.

Himiko was also curious and even somewhat afraid of what would have happened to her if she were caught, and went to see Ochaco to ask her about it. Though the latter's response of apprehending the young villain didn't answer much, Himiko wondered if the Heroes were planning to kill her like they did Twice. Despite boasting of never having come close to being caught, she did display fear of being captured or killed, as seen when she begged Eel Boy to let her go while the Pro Hero apprehended her, as well as when she screamed in terror upon nearly being killed by Curious. Himiko later acknowledged that her most likely circumstances are ending up in prison on death row, or being killed outright by the Heroes in battle, which was why she refused to back down.

During her time in the League, Himiko adopted Tomura's philosophy: that she should destroy everything she despised. This was first demonstrated when she killed Curious and his squad, choosing to do this rather than leave them for Gigantomachia. During the Final War, while confronting Deku and Uravity, Himiko showed how much she identified with Tomura's ideals, saying that society has done nothing but reject her for who she is, and that she has the right to reject them. As the battle escalated and memories of Himiko's past resurfaced, she became more determined to kill the Heroes who stood in her way, becoming even more unstable.

However, after much effort, Ochaco finally managed to connect with Himiko, getting her to open up about her past and her true feelings, and how jealous she was of being unable to express her love to others. During this encounter, Himiko's emotions reached their peak, and she found herself unable to finish Ochaco off. Instead, she was overjoyed when Ochaco admitted that she found her smile tender and called her "the cutest in the world," causing the villain to finally retreat. After this heartfelt exchange, Himiko was willing to sacrifice herself to save a dying Ochaco, giving her all of her blood. Still reluctant to be captured, but not wanting someone so close to her to die, she was grateful that Ochaco took the time to reach out and understand her, despite everything she did.

Overall, Himiko was a twisted and conflicted villain, whose life led her to commit many horrific acts. However, she never desired to be evil and only longed for a world that accepted her. Ochaco's kindness caused her to reflect on her life, where she recognized that her feelings of twisted love and jealousy led her to hurt others. However, had she known earlier how Ochaco felt, perhaps she would have felt compelled to share her blood with others and would have had an easier, happier life. In her final moments, Himiko tearfully embraced Ochaco, glad to receive the acceptance she never had.

The memory of Himiko would remain with Ochaco for years, even after she graduated from UA High School and became a Pro Hero. This inspired her to expand Quirk therapy to provide better guidance to children, so that no one like Himiko would suffer alone again. Eight years later, it is revealed that a vestige of Himiko lingers in Ochaco and approaches her in dreams. The vestige of Himiko encourages Ochaco to finally accept her feelings for Izuku, prompting the two UA alums to reconnect.

Himiko was an exceptionally talented and dangerous fighter, capable not only of facing professional heroes in hand-to-hand combat, but also of mastering disguise, infiltration, and stealth, thanks primarily to her shapeshifting Quirk, Transformation. Espionage being one of her most prominent skills, holding her breath and clearing her mind allowed her to vanish from her enemies' sight. During the Vanguard Action Squad's Invasion, Himiko ambushed Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui, lightly injuring the former before easily pinning the latter against a tree. Despite being overwhelmed by Ochaco's Gunhead Martial Arts, Himiko managed to secure a blood sample from the Gravity Hero, break free, and make a hasty retreat due to the arrival of Izuku, Shoto Todoroki, and Mezo Shoji. Five minutes later, she nearly stabbed a battle-weary Izuku twice while successfully knocking him to the ground, but Mezo quickly repelled her. During the Kamino Incident, Himiko, along with Twice and Mr. Compress, forced Katsuki Bakugo onto the defensive before his classmates rescued him, and the League of Villains were transported away by All For One. Later, Himiko, under the guise of Camie Utsushimi, proved to be a contender in the Provisional Hero License Exam, despite its strict competition. She was able to employ sneak attacks to surprise Izuku, one of the most powerful students at U.A. High School, and pass the first phase without it being her priority. Himiko's abilities attracted the attention of Overhaul, who wanted her to play a role in the upcoming Shie Hassaikai raid. When the raid began, she was able to defeat the Pro Hero Rock Lock and temporarily divert the rest of the Nighteye Squad before revealing herself. Himiko used her speed to surprise Izuku with knife attacks, then used Eraser Head's Capture Weapon against the Pro Hero by rolling over and stabbing him in the shoulder once he got close, all before the Hero Erasure could restrain her.

In winter, the League of Villains faced off against the Meta Liberation Army at the Rebirth Celebration, where Himiko faced off against Curious, one of the MLA leaders, and his group of followers. The match began with Himiko slashing the throat of one of Curious's soldiers, and disappeared from sight to gain the advantage over Curious herself, only for the teenager to be sent crashing into a store window. When confronted by 4 MLA members, Himiko subdued them with her blood-sucking needles, but was severely injured due to Curious detonating the extracted blood with his Land Mine Quirk. A battered Himiko was bombarded by many MLA members until she attempted another attack on Curious, only to end up further injured by the publicist's Curious Flattener. Overwhelmed, Himiko attempted to flee from the pursuing Liberation Army forces, but just as Curious was about to finish off the serial killer, Himiko experienced an Awakening, causing her Transformation to evolve to the point where she could use the Quirks of the people she transformed into. This occurred when she unexpectedly accessed Ochaco's Zero Gravity to levitate Curious. With this inflated power, Himiko proceeded to rapidly touch each of Chitose's followers to make them float before they could react and free them, along with Curious herself, killing Himiko's assailants. Following the Rebirth Celebration, Himiko became a lieutenant of the now unified Paranormal Liberation Front.

During the Final War, after drinking a portion of Twice's blood, she was able to completely turn the tide by using her Double Quirk to make hundreds of copies of herself to overwhelm the Heroes.

Himiko was highly skilled with knives, which she used in conjunction with her enhanced agility. She would stab her enemies at close range or throw her swords from a considerable distance. She even incapacitated Rock Lock before stabbing him unconscious.

Transformation (Henshin?) : Himiko's gift granted her the ability to transform into a physical imitation of another person, as well as copy their voice. She could only transform into people whose blood she had ingested. The more blood she drank, the longer she could access that person's form. For example, one cup of blood allowed her to transform for a total of 18 hours. She could even switch between the appearances of several people if she drank the blood of more than one. She could even duplicate a person's clothing, although her own clothes would overlap with the transformation, requiring her to undress beforehand.

Upon deactivating her Quirk or changing into another disguise, Himiko's disguise melted into a viscous gray liquid.

Combat Knives: Himiko often carries several knives in her arsenal. They are small knives with a black handle the size of her hand, longer than the blade itself. However, this makes them effective in combat.

Bloodsucking Machine: Himiko's villain costume is equipped with a bloodsucking machine attached to her belt. On the back of the belt are two large green tubes with wires that connect to six cylinders with retractable needles. She can either launch the needles remotely using the wires or directly stab her opponents. In either case, while the needles are connecting, the machine will begin draining the victim's blood. The blood is stored in tubes connected to the machine and can be saved for later. However, the machine is also connected to a mask, allowing her to drink the blood directly while it is being sucked out.

Shortly before the Final War, Himiko's equipment receives an upgrade thanks to Detnerat data recovered by Skeptic. Her new scarf includes prongs that can turn into wired syringes. They're also jet-powered and can be freely controlled, rather than Himiko having to throw them.

Capsules: Blood can be stored in capsules for Himiko to use later. The capsules have a metal tube that she can drink from to transform. She stores them in a green box she wears on her torso.

Nomu Pheromone: Given to her by All For One, Himiko possessed a vial filled with a Nomu-attracting chemical, which she used during the Final War, tricking Froppy into destroying it to create a distraction.

Himiko is someone who falls in love obsessively. She tends to idealize and want to merge with the person she loves, which can be suffocating. Her mood swings are abrupt; she can go from sweet and playful to dangerous in seconds. She has a need to consume blood that isn't just a preference; it's part of her Quirk and her identity. Being with her means accepting that she might physically hurt you to feel "closeness." Such a relationship would be intense, dangerous, and possessive, closer to a dark and stormy love than something stable. Enjoy the beautiful things, the games, and the spontaneity. It could be a fun couple. She has a need for acceptance, so she desperately seeks someone who will love her just as she is, without judgment. Giving her a safe space could mean she becomes more tender and vulnerable.
